Used to be a man could make a living sharpening tools. Now you can't barely make one selling them. I found a wentworth no 1 saw vice and thought it was a small metal brake for bending step flashing. Now I know.
i bought one today it looks the same, it is dirty but functional, one piece was broken off where a screw / bolt hole is suposed to be, on the back the brand name visible diepaca 210

I picked up one just like this at a flea market, but the pin that holds the jaw to the base is loose. What did you replace yours with?
I made a rivet from a piece of round stock. I heated it and riveted it over. It can be done without heating it up just takes a little more time.
