you neglected to mention which part of your arm is in pain. In essence to avoid pain you don't want muscles to be tense for long periods of time. If the weight of your arm isn't resting on your elbow, then it's held up by the contraction of your upper trapezius. Just identify where exactly the pain is and what function that muscle has and you'll zero in instantly to what needs to be changed.
Can you make a more detailed video on armrests? Like what can go wrong if you have them too high/low, too wide/near, too rotationed internally/externaly... And also, I feel like barely anyone talks about uneven armrests in gaming chairs. Personally, I notice most chairs have a higher right armrest, and I don't know if that's good or if I should do something about it.
I need a chair that can keep spine supported and with a head rest. I do computing so I sit at my desk for hours a day. What is a good chair for comfort and good posture?
first put ur fingers on the wasd keys in a positoin ur usually in and if ur hhand hovers with no problem then u dont need one if it dosent hover and it lays down on the desk u neeed a wrist rest
Yea u got a table you can lift up and down with a button, the issue for me is I have the armrest so they're in the way of me using my deskspace instead of the armrests
