since 2005 my blood has been affected with hepatitis b virus so as a chronic blood cum liver disease can i apply for physical handicapped certificate because it was similar of thelasemia, haemophilia, sicklecell disease

In my knowledge there are an array of benefits available for chronic hepatitis b patients in USA, Europe and somehow in India. you need to consult about it in govt. healthcare offices. Initial stage it is prescribed for oral medication in tablet form. Injection only in typical case applicable. That's why we don't recommended for injection in the primary stage.

DNA not detected means your body produced enough antibody against the virus, this is good. You need to follow up the treatment in every 6 months difference to monitor about virus scale and liver condition. Rest is good enjoy your life, dont take alcohol.

your doctor told you right. Actually your antibody fights with the virus at the moment thats why viral level is very low. So, you need to follow up the treatment in every 6 months to monitor the virus and liver condition. Stay happy
