Thank you!but I have a question. If some one cross the border between mexico and USA, and ICE detained him. What is the process of this kind of credible fear interview?how could he get out of jail?
My brother has fear interview today he is in a detention center what happen if they denied him what he needs to do . We git a lawyer but she is not helping at all.
I'm sorry to hear about this, Carmen. If he gets denied, he should ask for a judge to review that decision. It's kind of like an appeal. I hope you'll give me a call when he gets out of detention: (713) 909-0401

Hi Brian,
I am simon lawati living in Seattle WA. I have applied my asylum 2017 and recently I got mail for interview on Feb 8 and my interview starts at 2pm but due to take long hours previous interview my interview started at 4 pm so asylum officer told me she will not complete interview today she has done just half of interview and she said I will receive another mail for interview notices within 3 weeks for another interview. So I am waiting notice. Is this normal? I would be much appreciated for your response.
It's not normal, but happens from time to time. Have you had your follow-up interview? How did it go?
@@politicalasylumlawyers thanks for reply. We had interview on may 17 and I got decision on June 13 and decision was referral to immigration court. While on interview there was some confusion and that probably AO take note of it. So my first court date is DEC 22. I am curious would you take court case too?
