I have been watching movie alone every 15 days in a theatre since one year after my relationship breakup.Its actually boost self confidence and shows that happiness is within and you don't always need people around to be happy.I guess breakup has been a blessing in disguise 😂

At some point of time we all feel as if we are alone but we need to keep occupied in one or the other way... Sir I have 2 peaceful places to go 1st is Buddha vihar some people came to meditate here so I also go there for sound of silence and can think properly so I can notedown that in paper and the monks also help us to how to breath properly to cool down you body and mind then how to think for finding solutions 2nd is riverside I have a native river so in the early morning i go to see sunrise there's no other person to bother. Sun is rising, trees are waving , birds are singing, fishes are swimming, water is dancing , Cold air hitting body and then sun rays hitting face Absolute thoughtless state 😭❤

Life plays its game and wisdom comes late to see the big picture and understand we can only do what’s in our control and accept life in full.

i have always watched a movie alone whenever i feel low. I treat myself with a big pop corn tub and pamper myself for those 3 hrs. That really makes me feel good. Also, I like to go and sit in a nice cafe for hours, just thinking, noting down stuff. Super relatable video sir ❤😊

I have 1) gone all alone to a movie, 2) ordered fav good in a restaurant, 3) went to a park for walk 4) sat alone and Chanted mantras in the temple It's so refreshing if you disconnect from social media and sit calmly observing the nature and your surroundings., reflecting your thoughts sometimes . It feels so good. You would want to do all that again.

Talking of the habits I go to the temple and to the Gurudwara to accept the reality and realise that everything will be fine with time. Going in a bus or metro is a supplement to my emotional health for me.
I use to go to a lake near to my home, and just listen the sound of water, birds, air. Once in a month i go there. And second a village near to my home and there is a beautiful ashram and one mandir, and very few people comes there, so i just can hear the sound of soundless there and a little hill station one hour journey from my place kasauli.
Pichhle 7-8 saalo m na jaane kitne moments aaye jb lga ki sab khtm ho chuka h. M bs mandir ya gurudwara chle jata tha. India gate chla jata tha. Lunchbox movie dekhi thi akele. Filhal sam bahadur dekhi. Park m na jaane kitni baar akela baitha. Ghar pr baith kr bhi Netflix amazon prime dekha lekin ghar pe rhne ka jo pressure build up hota tha wo pain ko aur bdha deta tha isliye m bahar jane lggya.
