I got betrayed by my GF after 4 years of relationship and I was blaming my self for all happenings but later found that she betrayed me for my own brother alike whom I trusted more then anyone else. So I got double betrayal at the same time. I an a govt job aspirant but due to this I missed 5 govt exams in a row just because I was in severe depression . I even took medicines for it but I didn't felt better so I stopped taking them after a while. I even thought of committing suicide but my family was very supportive to me so I came out of it. It took me almost 5-6 months to stand on my feet once again and now it's been almost 10 months and here I am not totally ok but just ok.Sometimes betrayals are good teachers as you got to know more about yourself and temporary people got washed away with it. I know nobody cares about my story but trust me there are thousands of people who wants someone to listen their story and someone to advice them. "Me bhi pehle hasta tha dusro pe ki usko dhokha mil gya, wo kese ro rha hai but 100 bat ki 1 bat bhai jab khud pe bitti maa kasam marna acha hai isse...life became like hell on earth"
Choti choti baaton ko hum bada samajh lete hain..prem mi hota to breakup nahi hota ..breakup hua ki matlab prem bhi nahi tha ..kamina insaan tha vo palla choota ..jaan bachi ..life me in filmy chakkaro or harmones ki bhook ko pyar mat samjha Karo..prem kuch alag hai .. Acharye prashant ko suno ..dimaag khulega ..and you will thank me later for this...
Tbh according to me, betrayal is necessary at least once in every phase of life.. It def makes you sad and dejected but on the counterpart it enters you into a whole new world and you learn a lot from it.. There are just lot of positive aspects to it, makes you think your way of dealing and approaching with people

I got betrayed for 10yrs of relationship. It hurts... hurts alot to see your favourite person marrying someone else and walking sleeping getting physical talking traveling and laughing with them. Its been a year now... Its not easy to get out of it even though each passing day you decide not to think about that person or look at the pictures videos memories etc. Even if you have deleted them. Its not easy for the one who trusted so much . Also its not at all easy when you are govt aspirant because you cant focus on your studies or your career. NEVER BETRAY ANYONE. It just ruins the life MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY.

But yes to be frank i feel bad and uneasy or Sometimes so much guilt or ill that she is getting physical with someone because she is married...and thats break me apart every night. It was not until 10yr but as that person went away and you are blocked you are no more in her life or that person is far away and everyday sleeping with someone else is under the roof that breaks me. Because that was the thing i always imagined and dreamt about.

Chetan sir what I feel after some experiences in my life , nobody is nobody's here ,all are selfish,all are staying as per their convenience and nowdays i also started feeling nothing wrong in that if anybody is behaving like that ,god has made human beings like that only they will think for themselves first then other world,no expectations from anyone is the greatest mantra worked for me ,i never expect some one will do extra ordinary things for me ,whatever is in our comfort we should do ,we should help but in return don't expect anything from anyone,once started believing and behaving like things all problems will go trust me 😊
