Maine sir ki advice pay ek achi adat daali running ki subah 1 ghanta aur maine experience Kiya ki other good qualities apne AAP aa gyi jaise pehle Mai bohot bolta tha ,sochta tha par after follow running in my routine i feel that my life is productive now.

yes sir ...u said right ...literally now i am addicted to daily exercising after 5 months of consistency ...1 din agr nahi kar paya to lagta hai kuch imp miss ho gaya ya ajj ka din waste ...initial mai bahot pain tha but now pain is the only enjoyment for me also it helps me to stay healthy as well as focused on my targeted exam The JEE...love ur videos❤💗 ....thank you for such valuable advices in every damm single video🙏🙏

I started going to gym, daily, eat only home made food, and fixed my cheat day to enjoy the taste, preparing for SDM, I wish soon after becoming an SDM mai mil pau apse, and 1 more thing, pehle mai bht motivational vdo dekhti the, now I started reading books, really I feel so postive and happiness in me, No sugar at all
