Lifelines: Use AI crew for one mission, Skip ONE heist if you think it would be impossible, Use skills for one heist (includes resets for that heist but you have to reset after that heist is done), phone a friend, and finally use stronger armor.

This man just made a crossover between my two favorite FPS games, I beg you to make videos for the other classes too. In general all your Challenge runs are so good and high quality, I binge watched them the moment I knew about their existense. I also do have a concept for a Spy playthrough, I hope it is helpful to you (If I explain too much I'm really sorry, I simply don't know how well you know Team Fortress 2 so I want to help with the research and every tiny bit of information): - Revolver only (let's allow akimbo). - No Judge shotgun, because spy doesnt have a shotgun revolver type weapon. - Melee weapon has to be some sort of small knife (Butterfly knife, Switchblade, Kunai, etc...) - Suit Only. - Every heist that can be stealthed has to be completed in stealth. *Some tips:* - "Running from Death" and "Feign Death"-Skill aced in tandem basically work like the Deadringer pocket watch that let's you fake a death and escape easier (Less damage, speed boost and invisibility). Since there is nothing that makes you invisible to cops or keep their focus off you when you Solo a heist, this would be your only option in terms of watches. Let's just re-write the invisability part a bit and make it into dodge. - The Spy has two revolvers that rely on Crits being 1st The Ambasador granting you crits on every headshot and 2nd The Diamondback giving you a free crit shot for every backstab you land. So, again, speaking for a dodge-crit build. - You can simulate backstabs with bloodthirst. - As throwable you could use the the X1-ZAPper since the Spy uses his Sapper to disable and destroy Engineer buildings, basically you zap people instead of buildings. Hope this could come in handy, just in case you want to do a challenge run like this in the future. No pressure though, it's your channel so only make the content you enjoy. Love ya

He should also be able to carry Doctor and Ammo bags since Dispenser 4:Sniper has SMG'S, Bows, Machetes and Jarate which, in my opinion, can be recreated with Concussion Grenades and 5:One wise man once said: S P Y H A S A G U N So he can use many knife shaped weapons and all Revolvers. (And the pocket ECM/ECM Jammer which both resemble the Sapper)
Idea I had for a challenge run, single use weapons. AKA: The glass cannon run. Whenever you do a heist, you must select a new primary and secondary you never used previously during the challenge. Hard mode: you must select a new primary and secondary for each new heist AND for each reset you do. New lifeline for this challenge: weapon dupe glitch (just a name not an actual glitch): you get the chance to re-use any primary or secondary you used previously in the challenge. Will make money actually matter during your run
These "Can you beat" episodes are really entertaining to watch. shows you really where a build can go wrong (in this one you had to dedicate your secondary to dozers or snipers, not both) Cant wait to see the next idea!

Another note on the demoman: You could have also used swords, battleaxes and the katana, as they're all weapons that Demoman uses (granted it's mostly when he goes some form of Demoknight, but it's still Demoman)
I'm with Jello here, I'd love more of the mercs. Maybe even a Medic build where you're basically pacifist-ing the game with a crew of the other mercs, or something of the sort.

You could do this as Soldier, with your secondary limited to either rocket launcher, and your primary limited to certain shotguns. Your melees could be the shovel, pickaxe, and any other Melee Soldier has. And if you want added challenge, shotguns can't use Explosives, Slugs, or Dragons Breath. Pyro is an option as well if you want to limit your secondary to *just* the flamethrower. Also, the double damage with your grenade launcher was just a double-donk. XD
Challenge idea for Spy: Run butterfly knife and revolver. For any heist that is stealthable, you have to do it in stealth. I feel like it could be easy but interesting. Or alternatively, you can copy an enemy build. For example, you can copy a green dozer with a reinfeld and ictv or for a cloaker use a compact five and lbv. I think both could be interesting
I suspect the Sniper would be one of the more regular looking runs of Payday 2, what with using regular bolt-action sniper rifles, sub machineguns, and a large knoife. And for stealth, there's still suppressed sniper rifles and suppressed submachineguns. And the knoife.
Team fortress is like an unmotivated friend. Cool to be around and does something cool once in awhile, but doesn’t do much a lot of the time. Payday is like it’s brother. Also cool to be around, barely mentions them but when they do, it’s always something to try and motivate the brother.
idea for spy build: akimbo/regular revolvers, butterfly knife (obviously), ecm jammers for the sapper and so you have a pretty good supply of ecms, hacker build
I’ve had a weird idea for a challenge run bouncing around in my head (and I’m not sure if you can call it a challenge run): a challenge run where each heist would have you spin a wheel for a certain heister. You would have to pick their perk deck and weapons, playing as the character and building around it. You can otherwise build for what you like as long as you keep the weapons and perk deck.
If I recall, the reason why explosive ammo is so weak that takes more shots is because you're trading some damage with the ability to stun enemies. Useful when to fend off tasers or stopping a special such as a cloaker dead in their tracks.
The Sniper Challenge: You're only allowed to shoot while scoped in with the following sights: Theia Magnified Scope, Box Buddy Sight, A5 Scope (Repeater 1874) and Barrel Sight 44 (Broomstick). If that sounds too easy, don't use Graze. Bonus points for always hiring Illja the Sniper whenever possible.
This isn't really specific category for a challenge like "demoman" or any of the others but at some point you should try beating payday in whatever way you want but you have to always have these 2 mods installed: Full Speed Swarm and MoreCops. Separate neither are crazy with their settings maxed but together things will get insane even on overkill to put it lightly. For some more pain also install "always 4 players" which will make the spawns equal to if there is 4 players no matter what.
You should complete Payday 2 as scout next, and it would be really awesome if you decide to make this a full series sometime in the future. Love your work btw!
Now I just wanna see an Engineer run because the idea of you having to go out of your way to get the wrench melee is funny to me as well as watching you put 6 sentries up because you have to use more gun.
How about a "minions only" run, where you can only deal damage through Jokers and Sentries? Sentries are fun, and I'd love to see a challenge focused around them And as a potential recommendation for a special lifeline: Arm yourself: You are allowed to use any unmodified secondary weapon for one heist. You are not allowed to change your skills to compliment the weapon.

I see an MVM style game mode here with Friends, Cops are essentially the robots and mercs are well the PD gang. Imagine having to play as Medic, literally using support skills and perk decks to only heal teammates. All other classes in TF2 are combat oriented meanwhile Medic is a special case and translating that into PD2 would be an interesting way to play.
13:12 Actually, hitting nuclear warheads with explosives isn't gonna do much. Nukes have very specific ways to detonate them that have to be done just right to work at all, it's not like a block of explosive being set off by another explosion.
You can keep Bloodthirst's reload speed buff permanently active with the China Puff (and any multi-shell weapon like a shotgun or the Piglet) if you cancel the reload animation at the right time when it has loaded a shell, but before the animation itself completes. A bit tricky, but once gotten the hang of, makes the China Puff remarkably better than the GL40, in my opinion.
One way you could've utilized Stoic again and playing in to demo's personality would've been to use it whenever it becomes available. No timing, just always active, no matter what.

You've started it, it's a curse. Now it won't leave your head. You HAVE to complete Payday 2 as all classes. Demoman has been completed. Now Heavy, Scout, Pyro, Spy, Sniper, Soldier, Medic and Engineer. No balls
The double explosion, was happening by the long time. Meybe framerate, meybe granade landed beetwen explosion spots activating both. This ussualy happed when there were more than 1 enemy.
A challenge run concept which I think would be interesting would be a Wild West theme challenge. Rules are pretty simple, only allowed to use Wild West themed weapons such as the break action shotguns, revolvers and repeaters. Melee can be pretty much any but maybe try do a similar rule idea to how the Robin Hood run worked with a no tech rule.
ideas for the other mercs Scout: shotguns and pistols with a focus on going fast Soldier: rocket launchers and shotguns. with shovel as a melee pyro: incendiary weapons only heavy: mini gun with the build focusing on tankyness Engineer: turrets with shotguns, pistols and the monkey wrench sniper: well it is in the name spy: knives and revolvers with focus on stealthyness medic: focus on heal team. basically getting cared by team and helping them by healing. also no grenades.
try the no shooting run over again but with the life lines also on panic room for the snipers have jokers itll take them a lil while but it can be done or use throwables to hit the snipers and kill them

Technically, you could run yakuza for speed alongside long melee weapons. Demoknight is quite powerful option for stealth.

You could do this as Soldier, with your secondary limited to either rocket launcher, and your primary limited to certain shotguns. Your melees could be the shovel, pickaxe, and any other Melee Soldier has. And if you want added challenge, shotguns can't use Explosives, Slugs, or Dragons Breath. Pyro is an option as well if you want to limit your secondary to *just* the flamethrower.
Also, the double damage with your grenade launcher was just a double-donk. XD
Challenge idea for Spy: Run butterfly knife and revolver. For any heist that is stealthable, you have to do it in stealth. I feel like it could be easy but interesting. Or alternatively, you can copy an enemy build. For example, you can copy a green dozer with a reinfeld and ictv or for a cloaker use a compact five and lbv. I think both could be interesting

I suspect the Sniper would be one of the more regular looking runs of Payday 2, what with using regular bolt-action sniper rifles, sub machineguns, and a large knoife. And for stealth, there's still suppressed sniper rifles and suppressed submachineguns. And the knoife.

I think a good expansion for the arsenal of the demoman would be the sword melee weapons to represent the demo knight subclass
Team fortress is like an unmotivated friend. Cool to be around and does something cool once in awhile, but doesn’t do much a lot of the time.
Payday is like it’s brother. Also cool to be around, barely mentions them but when they do, it’s always something to try and motivate the brother.
idea for spy build: akimbo/regular revolvers, butterfly knife (obviously), ecm jammers for the sapper and so you have a pretty good supply of ecms, hacker build

I’ve had a weird idea for a challenge run bouncing around in my head (and I’m not sure if you can call it a challenge run): a challenge run where each heist would have you spin a wheel for a certain heister. You would have to pick their perk deck and weapons, playing as the character and building around it. You can otherwise build for what you like as long as you keep the weapons and perk deck.

If I recall, the reason why explosive ammo is so weak that takes more shots is because you're trading some damage with the ability to stun enemies. Useful when to fend off tasers or stopping a special such as a cloaker dead in their tracks.

The Sniper Challenge: You're only allowed to shoot while scoped in with the following sights: Theia Magnified Scope, Box Buddy Sight, A5 Scope (Repeater 1874) and Barrel Sight 44 (Broomstick). If that sounds too easy, don't use Graze. Bonus points for always hiring Illja the Sniper whenever possible.
This isn't really specific category for a challenge like "demoman" or any of the others but at some point you should try beating payday in whatever way you want but you have to always have these 2 mods installed: Full Speed Swarm and MoreCops. Separate neither are crazy with their settings maxed but together things will get insane even on overkill to put it lightly. For some more pain also install "always 4 players" which will make the spawns equal to if there is 4 players no matter what.
Going through with the sniper escape instead of restarting is the equivalent of trying to kill aimbots instead of leaving the lobby and I love it

Now I just wanna see an Engineer run because the idea of you having to go out of your way to get the wrench melee is funny to me as well as watching you put 6 sentries up because you have to use more gun.

How about a "minions only" run, where you can only deal damage through Jokers and Sentries? Sentries are fun, and I'd love to see a challenge focused around them
And as a potential recommendation for a special lifeline:
Arm yourself: You are allowed to use any unmodified secondary weapon for one heist. You are not allowed to change your skills to compliment the weapon.

I see an MVM style game mode here with Friends, Cops are essentially the robots and mercs are well the PD gang. Imagine having to play as Medic, literally using support skills and perk decks to only heal teammates. All other classes in TF2 are combat oriented meanwhile Medic is a special case and translating that into PD2 would be an interesting way to play.
13:12 Actually, hitting nuclear warheads with explosives isn't gonna do much. Nukes have very specific ways to detonate them that have to be done just right to work at all, it's not like a block of explosive being set off by another explosion.

For the AIs you should’ve given the heavy an LMG, the scout a shotgun and the engineer a shotgun as well
You can keep Bloodthirst's reload speed buff permanently active with the China Puff (and any multi-shell weapon like a shotgun or the Piglet) if you cancel the reload animation at the right time when it has loaded a shell, but before the animation itself completes. A bit tricky, but once gotten the hang of, makes the China Puff remarkably better than the GL40, in my opinion.
One way you could've utilized Stoic again and playing in to demo's personality would've been to use it whenever it becomes available. No timing, just always active, no matter what.
oh wow, that's a great idea, but I think I would have had to macro the flask usage. No way could my fingers handle pressing the 3 button 1,000,000 times across the run...
Swords and two handed battle axes should be allowed because demoman has those available as well.

The double explosion, was happening by the long time. Meybe framerate, meybe granade landed beetwen explosion spots activating both. This ussualy happed when there were more than 1 enemy.
A challenge run concept which I think would be interesting would be a Wild West theme challenge.
Rules are pretty simple, only allowed to use Wild West themed weapons such as the break action shotguns, revolvers and repeaters.
Melee can be pretty much any but maybe try do a similar rule idea to how the Robin Hood run worked with a no tech rule.
You should do an engineer run using pistols shot guns and most importantly turrets

I know you might know this- but Demoman can also use MEDIEVAL weapons as melee. The Longsword or the shield’s a good example because of Demorush!

the grenade launcher going off and hitting twice is just what the loose cannon does the spirit of the demoman was with you
ideas for the other mercs
Scout: shotguns and pistols with a focus on going fast
Soldier: rocket launchers and shotguns. with shovel as a melee
pyro: incendiary weapons only
heavy: mini gun with the build focusing on tankyness
Engineer: turrets with shotguns, pistols and the monkey wrench
sniper: well it is in the name
spy: knives and revolvers with focus on stealthyness
medic: focus on heal team. basically getting cared by team and helping them by healing.
also no grenades.
