Justas Vee Absolutely Justas. You help me see the world of digital marketing and how it comes together with jobs and show me how you don’t need a ton of experience to get a job in digital marketing and that I can get on job training/experience. Especially because digital marketing is changing every single day and google is constantly changing it’s software etc. it’s a ongoing learning.
Nice and a very useful video! May I ask how long did it take you from absolute start of learning about digital marketing till you landed your first job in this field?
Thank you for sharing your experience and tips! It's was very helpful to me, because digital marketing area is very attractive to me, but i have degree in finance. :)
Well I think it doesn't matter if you have a degree in finance, you still can get a job in digital marketing. Since the industry is growing so fast and there are a lot of opportunities.
One problem I’ve found is that online courses from places like Udemy are generally scoffed at, at least in Australia. Agencies tend to turn their nose up at people who’ve learned via those means as they’re considered cheap and nasty. Myself I’ve done a few Udemy courses and disagree. I agree that some are crap but when you look around for a good, very qualified trainer, if you’re prepared to put in the time and actually make use of what you learn there’s serious value to be had. I can’t put them on my resume though sadly (and frustratingly) as to get a decent role they’re actually more damaging to my profile than beneficial.
Well I would suggest to start off with free material from Google and Facebook. After that once you understand the basics you can look into Udemy courses since they are cheap and can provide a lot of value.

Try doing some side projects and build a portfolio of the work you have done or results you have achieved, that really helps!
Which courses would recommend for someone interested in this field who has zero experience?

You definitely deserve more subs.
I appreciate that!
I know somebody who is evil and they still got a job as a digital marketer. Umm, I don't think that's a criteria.
Video sound is so low
