Guys , if you can give information about good teaching MBA colleges and courses as now in the world , not good with fees . 👍 and want to ask a personao question , What education you took ?
This comment is super long but worth reading Yo! I'm in 9th grade/CISCE board . Indian education is in a horrible condition, the board doesn't give us the portion until 2 months before the exam, the textbooks are made for our mind to act as a computer to copy paste the info, I can agree to the fact that we're meant to learn wrong stuff just for the exam. Teaching methodology, the teachers are trying to do various stuff, but its really silly/makes no sense. The schools need to make the children learn immersively, and the portions should change, textbook writers should ensure that the level of language is suitable for the grade and not overwhelm students. Everyone is dfiferent but the curriculum is the same. In 7th I got 92%, my parents where happy, I got 93% in 9th, my parents called me a failure cuz everyone else got 98% (4 people). Thats cuz they prolly cheated Now... Tell me, who enjoys studying.. NO ONE. Humans aren't meant to study like this, they're meant to learn and use it in their life. This feeling is said to come at the age of 13-16, the teen years, but that isnt true, If i were to do 9th grade at the age of 11, I'd be equally mad at the education system. Teachers ko bhi aadhi cheezee pata nahi hai, Why should we learn this. Institutes/Universities look for marks, but they dont know how the marks even come.. is it cheating/effort/mugging up. Some children find it easy to mug stuff up and its easy success for them, but what about pepople who wanna learn and not mug up a whole biology book (those books are the lengthiest and most boring). My physics sir forced me to ratta (mug up) all my concepts and that made me ponder on this topic. A lotta real life experience here.. All education gives us is -Anxiety -Stress -Boredom and not anything useful Obviously concepts are important but the methodolgy of just giving the concept and making children learn is silly Telling children that the area of a triangle is [(root 3)/4]*s^2 isnt helping us do anything if we can use a calculator/ google. Simple math is enough for the future. Chemistry, biolgy, physics.... TH-cam videos from a lotta people who talk about random concepts and make you visualize it is better than reading from a black and white 400 page thick book which has a bunch of errors/typos and is made as a business. Sweden, what an amazing system of education. I envy the kids there, and wish I lived that life. Indian kids become ceos of companies cuz of their education: Yes, I agree.. but look a dhirubai ambani, guy's a 10th pass. YOU NEED EXPERIENCE/communication skills and creativity to go ahead. You need to have knowledge of how things work, in a concise matter and notread from a concise (textbook brand) book and mug up their totally not concise curriculum. India, Dear President/PM.. You''ll really need to respect the children and build them for the future, and not teach them what was designed in the 1800s. The US has an easy system, India, too hard.. Sweden respects all aspects of children and make them understand An average persons school life is 7 hours Work life: 8 hours giving hw to people from work is illegal in some places, but in school it isnt I appeal to everyone to spread the word and change the education system (ouch that was too long sorry)
If a German, French or Russian cannot speak English, then it’s ok. But if an Indian cannot speak English, then he/she doesn’t have any value or status in life in India. That’s the hard reality 🙁🙁🙁
That is because we sell our services (tertiary sector) to USA etc and this is what mainly contribute to our GDP.. If you sell these to the native ppl u will hardly make any money.. So English is a necessity if you want to achieve financial freedom easily
@ASN hindi isnt a small language. We make it out to be. Hindi is sthird most spoken language in the world apart from mandarin and english. Hindi isnt given much importance by our own ppl which makes it appear small compared to russian, korean, japanese etc. Which are spoken by a small population 🤨
Instead of teaching maths, science, history. Students should be learning Analytical thinking, Reasoning, Learning, Innovation as subjects. Because no matter which field you work, the base remain same.
Happy to share that my mother has been such a teacher who transformed thousands of children's lives in her 40+ years of teaching career, and she's still an educationist post retirement. Glad to share this video to her too.
Also even If exams are taken then your grades should not be released like it's done in finland. In finland only teachers know your marks so they understand how to teach you. Exams should be limited probably only once a year. Or they shouldn't be conducted

Biggest problems in our education system: We can find may video online discussing about problems regarding our education system but very less are talking about the solutions regarding it. This itself shows that people don't have a problem solving approach.
Solution: Make more people aware about these problems and then put pressure on govt. to change education system using your right to vote in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections.

I know I can change the scenario since I want to be a professor when I grow up. I've had some amazing teachers and I know how they can influence. I will definitely include lots of demonstrations and practical experiences in my teaching so that my students can have a better time with the education system:)

There should be some Entrepreneurship Schools in India so that students can have better communication skills and leadership skills that have not told in the schools and students can become a problem solver not the problem creator by the Education System.
In India, teaching is becoming an industry where robots are manufactured. The huge amounts of money parents/guardians invest in education is limitless. Also, some government jobs should be privatised. For example *TEACHING* etc, keeping in mind that knowledge should not be very expensive. Because once a person becomes a govt. teacher,he/she gets paid without considering he/she conducts classes or not! If these are privatised ( _then there would be competition among them for the methods of teaching_ ) and that would prove to be helpful for students. Some Govt. Jobs are seen as a privilege rather than an opportunity to serve the nation.
That's right but some private educational institutions may charge huge fees there should be a control on fees charges. I strongly believe that everyone should have right of quality education (irrespective of their financial condition) Knowledge should free for everyone 👍
There is a whole cycle of our Education system, which has been created by Britishers around 40years ago, our parents went through that cycle and now they believed getting Job after exam is only way to get good life.😔 But now the time has changed and students clearly know it but their parents does not, if awareness movements run in whole India then this cycle will break automatically.
One thing should be in our Indian books that they should start teaching real history of india not Mughals or Britishers wale lambe lambe chapter's 🙄🙄🙄🙏🙏🙏
How can we grow from ourselves, when they do not even give us time for self-study... They do not care about our growth, all they care about is assignments and completing the formality of taking online class... Then how can u expect us to respect such teachers, who r wasting our valuable time(future) instead of analyzing & improving their teaching skills
Fun fact or Harsh reality of our Education policy: You need to be good at Physics, Chemistry & Maths to learn Computer science from a good college. No matter how good you are in Computers.
I would say that is changing quickly. I know that getting into a college is important but companies don't care what degree you have if you're good in computers. Even if you have an arts degree but can learn coding, companies will hire you. I know it might not be as easy like an engineer but it's definitely possible
I'm a previous 8th grade student and can really relate to this. I've found that most of my class does better in classes where we talk and discuss with our teachers. Our old economics/business teacher used to crack up jokes and flow with our rowdy behaviour whereas our English teacher would make us feel really guilty just because we didn't get anything above 90. Our school doesn't even let us do any fun activities anymore and if we do--- we just talk because the teacher is extremely unqualified to teach. Ever since i've started studying in India my mind went haywire and I sort of messed up my preboards just because my school wouldn't give us a break to relax. I mean at this point i'm just learning about graphs, over-complicated algebra and some random figures of speech without knowing how to utilize them properly.
Teacher's mindset is really important cause they have to shape the minds of children. Even when I was in elementary school I choosed study over sports cause of this comparison thing bcz everyone told me that "padhoge likhoge banoge nawab kheloge kudoge hoge kharab" this thing really need to change
Even i thought of something likely that. There should be some mechanism where teachers have to give exams every three years and keep themselves refreshed. Secondly there should be more understanding and concept based questions in exams rather than writing long answers which make no sense....
Yes it's our need. We pay thousands of rupees to give exam and score more than 80% by our hard work but still we can't get a job because we need 85% to get the job and at the other hand some people get job only at 40%😭😭
no need for any kind of reservation i.e financial or social reasons instead education quality should be improved in such a way that everyone can get it
Totally true 😲 In daily school there is no tym for sports in public schools, science students are treated as they just have to study nothing extra curriculum to do. This is so suffocated .😫
I think you are wrong, you can't say this that our education system totally fail. NCERT books in science subjects are very good and full with practical experience and best for self study but all teachers is not good that is a point , and examination process critaria is wrong.
Once our sir who had like 30 years of experience was teaching us in online classes and one student who came with some random name raised his hand saying it's a doubt and then he said "Bhosdike kya padha raha hain, padhana nahi aata kya". Sir instantly left the class. I felt so bad when that happened. Wtf do these guys achieve by doing such things. I never enjoyed those " Online class pranks" videos. It's because they are not taught how to respect the Teachers and they don't know there importance. I am also a student but I have never disobeyed any teacher.
I think our education system also includes this things also:- 1. Moral education (Mahabarat). 2. Life lesson (Bhagwat gita). 3. Vedas. 4. Research and development. 5. Love.

@@NikhilKumar-uq7is In Europe, countries with very different cultures and languages live close to each other, so it's frowned upon to know only 1 or 2 languages. They would normally know around 3-4 languages, one of which would be English. Russia ain't really developed. It may have been powerful and capable during the soviet era but not anymore. Many just leave Russia for a European country. Japan has a very conservative mindset. Most of the population their (mostly those above 50) see foreigners as a threat or at least they don't take foreigners kindly. It's no surprise that they refuse to allow other languages to become mainstream. The biggest advantage of having a population that knows multiple languages is the cross culture communication that could take place. innovation in japan happened since they had relations with the United States and had central planning up to an extent. Allowing English to become mainstream in India will allow people from wildly different backgrounds to be able to communicate and would facilitate innovation and attract foreign investment. I am not against native languages, I just want to make sure that English education and it's use in official government work is never suppressed.

The most important thing is that school always makes me feel worthless in my life... The feeling you get when your father is seeing the marksheet, you tried your best to have good numbers on them but failed, says I am ashamed is the worst and we boys don't even have the right to cry 🙂.... I as a student always just want to hear I am proud of you son from the mouth of my father but sadly it happens only in my fantasies 🙂🙂
Sadge but don't mind them cuz at the end of the day marks wont matter its experience and passion in the particular subject which make people successful.

Well I would like to give you a tip: forget who is sitting next to you and listen totally intently as to what the teacher has to say and first read what the teacher has written on the board and then wrote it faster in your notebook because we don't have time, yeah. After the period ends, just list whatever even happened in those 40 mins in your brain and just forget it now . Repeat this and at home try to talk whatever you found interesting to your mom . This will actually help you to remember them because you have been repeatedly thinking about what happened
In the future, there will be a batch of brilliant Scientists, engineers, accountants, economists, artists, etc who would've not given their Std X and Std XIll exams and then we will realise how futile these exams were in the first place!
The first problem is so true. My mother herself is a primary (coalition - govt+pvt institution) school teacher and has over 300+ students in the school but at the same time there are only 4 teachers employed (including my mom). The government is not willing to appoint anymore teachers though the need is HIGH, and even if they employ any teacher (non-governmental) the institute pays them 4000/- Rs per month. Now think, who will be willing to work 6 hours a day and 6 days per week for a mere 4000/- Rs ? Along with respect, teachers also need to be paid what they deserve.
The reason why India is still developing country inspite of having super massive potential. I hope the new education policy will change our next generation students.

Glad that you guys brought these factors out regarding education. Being a teacher myself in a government school and teaching kids from underprivileged communities, learnt that the teacher is not only the person who imparts academic knowledge but much more than that. A teacher is someone who understands his/her students and guides them to success and be the champion themselves which every child deserves.
I had this realization from long ago. Every teacher is attending the school every day early in the morning, helping out this many students, listening to all the taunts made by the rich parents and still not getting enough money. And later we taunt them about their salary and say that they get such a high pay.

In every school, science should be taught practically .students should know the reason behind some scientific theories. Today's children are learning their subjects just by mug upping their textbooks. Practical knowledge should be increased than theoretical knowledge then the children will have skills that would help them in their day today's life. And teachers should be trained for using the latest technology which they can make more advanced online classes.
Your correct brother,in my school before the pandemic i have heard from my seniors that they are doing this and that in science lab and mixing that into that etc. I was so excited that even i grow up i will get to do these things but when i finally got the chance lockdown happened and then online classes which completely stopped the practical part i was so excited for that year but i was the most bored in that year (sorry for grammer mistakes)
I think it is important to identify the talent of each and every child in their very childhood and then train them and give them proper knowledge for nurturing their talent and made them what they deserve and help them fulfill their purpose what God has given them. Then every child will be a gem.

I really appreciate your efforts. I was much clear about my career since early high school. But my parents didn't understand me. I wanted to study linguistics. Because since my childhood, I love learning languages, finding etymology of words, learning grammar, etc. In India, NO Research fields are being given importance. People think that only Doctors and Engineers are good. Only STEM careers are given importance. My parents made me to take PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) course for junior college. They want me to become a Doctor. And as of now, I have been left with no dream of my career with Linguistics. After this is my parents gave me one opportunity, but my interest is now gone. What should I do? Not always Science is important. All the subjects should be given importance in India. Most educated illiterates in India think that a person with an Arts or Humanities degree is not at all important for society. They think that an Arts or Humanities or even a Commerce degree is not worth or is worthless. I think that is why India is far when it comes to innovation. I think at least Western countries have a better situation about this issue. Indian education focuses only on theoretical knowledge. Indian people only focus on money based careers. In life, money is important, but also remember that we make money in order to live life. We don't live for money. I accept that science is much more difficult to study than other subjects. But other subjects are also important for humankind.
Valid point. I think schools should make various clubs (like science club, art club, philately club, acting club, plant club, dance club etc) and promote the clubs in various competitions (district level, state level and so). I have observed that many schools don't have such kind of clubs that actually help in personal growth of child. Such kind of clubs are great recreational tools.
I am a student of class 12th. I study in a so called good institution where students outshine every year with the help of external tutions .Teachers here don't even try to understand what students have to go through. There are seven hours of online classes everyday ,we don't even get enough time for self study. They only focus on how to complete the syllabus by hook or by crook. And there are many teachers which are IITians ,state toppers and PhD themselves but don't know how to teach a student. Honestly I learn much more from TH-cam then them. Why there is no feedback system for us even after we have paid lakhs of money .Why the toppers also hide the fact how did they study? One of my school teachers whom I will remember forever(he was not that much educated as compared to my current teachers) who used to teach us outstandingly , used to say that there may be lots of people which are much more talented than him but don't know how to teach a student. At this point I really feel that educational qualification can't decide the quality of a teacher.

Yo!
All education gives us is
-Anxiety
-Stress
-Boredom
and not anything useful
Obviously concepts are important but the methodolgy of just giving the concept and making children learn is silly
Telling children that the area of a triangle is [(root 3)/4]*s^2 isnt helping us do anything if we can use a calculator/ google.
Indian kids become ceos of companies cuz of their education:
Yes, I agree.. but look a dhirubai ambani, guy's a 10th pass.
Sweden respects all aspects of children and make them understand

@@allroundgamingrounder4478 basic knowledge sab anhi chahiye
I think you missed two points.
1) Glitch caused by the LOCKDOWN
2) Teachers Training, there must be a CS like Indian Teaching Services.
Even i thought of something likely that. There should be some mechanism where teachers have to give exams every three years and keep themselves refreshed. Secondly there should be more understanding and concept based questions in exams rather than writing long answers which make no sense....
Teachers should be eager to gain and spread knowledge
They shouldn't go behind money and government jobs
RESERVATION should be on the basis of FINANCIAL CONDITION not on the basis of CASTE or RELIGIOUS MINORITY
Yes it's our need. We pay thousands of rupees to give exam and score more than 80% by our hard work but still we can't get a job because we need 85% to get the job and at the other hand some people get job only at 40%😭😭

You two are one of the greatest teacher's that I've seen.
I remember when I was in class 9th , our principal changed , she promoted sports along with studies but some teachers can't get above the old stupid mentality that sports is waste of time(my science teacher). We were given a sports period just once in a week, my science teachers used to forcefully take the sports period and teach. I was good in studies and was her favourite but still I along with my friends complained our principal and she was scolded for her behaviour for the first time. And then we were never deprived of our sports period. And after that day I was not her favourite anymore but i dont care 😁sports matters more.

In the future, there will be a batch of brilliant Scientists, engineers, accountants, economists, artists, etc who would've not given their Std X and Std XIll exams and then we will realise how futile these exams were

You are right
I had this realization from long ago.

Yes. Science should be taught practically especially physics so that students can understand the concepts in a better way.
I think it is important to identify the talent of each and every child in their very childhood and then train them and give them proper knowledge for nurturing their talent and made them what they deserve and help them fulfill their purpose what God has given them. Then every child will be a gem.
Talent doesnt come from childhood 😂

People's interests also changes with time
I really appreciate your efforts.
Humanities makes us humans.. we have a rly diverse culture.. it'll die down to worshipping textbooks now 😫😫
