Ace! I have a base line dyno run booked for next week. Currently just has the exhaust and filter. Decat headers are en route and a tune will be imminent! More footage to follow!
@@patw9175 thanks! 😊. You won't be disappointed, it works well. They also do a wash shampoo etc too specifically for matt paint. Get yourself over to the Gsxs owners UK forum on FB if you're on there. Gets a bit mad on a Friday, but they're a good bunch with some good info.
Decent numbers that. I know all dynos are different, but there's certainly a few bhp to be had from an ecu flash over using a PC5. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching! - yeah, I've been looking at blue wheels, or ebbed the blue BST Carbon fibre ones 🙄🤤😂... Mods will start getting expensive now! Suspension, brakes wheels, I've done the relatively cheap bits n pieces so far. It's great fun to ride.
thats such a good looking bike. i like the tasteful mods you did, just bought my 2020 for 6999 USD brand new. cant ride it for three months cause of the weather but the mods can definitely be done. thanks for the review
Sounds great! Yeah, the weather here in Scotland isn't the best at the minute either! Yay, has a few more mods on it now, with full exhaust, power commander and just fitted a quickshifter this week! More videos and reviews to come when I can get time away from work and home schooling! 🙄😂. Keep posted and thanks for watching!
Hi mate, nice video, I like what you've done with your bike. I have the exact same, absolutely love it as well. I had the same issue with my tail pack making the paint shiny, unfortunately not much you can do about the actual paint, but you can get it wrapped! That's what I've done with mine and you cant tell the difference, it's brilliant. Might be worth looking at if it bugs you!
Yeah, was a bit of an oversight, didn't think it would polish up the surface like it did. I have a yoshimura sticker over it now lol. Bike has a couple more mods now since then, but mostly the same. (See the latest 2 year review). Getting it wrapped is a good shout! I had looked at carbon fibre tail section too! But pricey though! Thanks for watching!
Awesome! Yeah and you'll probably be having more fun! I test rode an MT10 before I bought my S1000R, great bike, but a bit too light on the front end, sound good though! The 750 is so much fun to ride though!
Hello!!I am looking to buy new bike. Thinking about cruiser Like intruder m800 or naked Like Mt 07 ,and gsx-s 750 or older GSR 750. What is average fuel consumption of this one? Thanks
Depending how you ride it, it will see 45mpg+ without too much effort of yours touring. If you ride it sportily, it can drop to the 20's on track or mid 30's on the road... Average is around 40+
Got the same bike but with the red decals done some of the mods you have got the seat cowl coming in next couple days does it let any water in as didn’t realise was such a gap also do the hel brake cables make much difference?
Nice one! You won't be disappointed. If you blasted water where the join is, you'd get a little water under the seat but not really had an issue in the rain, albeit I haven't been caught in the rain with it that much, but when I have it's not really been an issue. Brakes are definitely sharper with the braided lines, 1 finger braking is all you need and that I use. I just test rode the new gsxs 1000 (see separate video) and that has Brembo calipers, but the brakes are still better on the 750.. Could have been the pads on that, but I fit braided lines to all my bikes. They're certainly sharper now than they were and can't fault them really. Off to the track in a couple of weeks so will be a good test and a couple of videos will come out of that - Thanks for watching!
Hello! I got the same bike and I really love it :) Running Yoshi Alpha T slip-on and I got it ECU reflash, midrange is much more powerful and it runs more smoothly. I also installed Translogic QS, race-shift pattern cause I ride on track as well. Comes recommended! Could you provide me with the link to those brake lines? And thank tank pad, is that OEM part from Suzuki? Thanks!
Sounds good. Did you get a dyno result after getting the ecu reflashed? The HEL lines I got through the dealership fitted by them from new. They're the "Transparent Blue". The tank pad was actually off ebay, but it's a genuine Suzuki part from the Gsxs1000. The QS would make it a little more naughty again for sure and will probably happen at some stage. I fitted a Translogic to my K8 GSXR 750 when I had that and couldn't fault it, so likely go the same route again. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. 👍
@@twistandgo3414 Thanks for the reply :) I will order the same for mine! I have the front lift stand which you attach under the headlight and lift the bike off the ground. But the OEM rubber lines in front are positioned in such a way that when I lift the bike up, the tip of the stand that connects under the nose twist lines so much that I am scared they will tear after a while every time I want to clean the front wheel. I see now in your video that HEL lines are no positioned further down from the bottom of the headline and will not cause that problem. Awesome!
@@twistandgo3414 Indeed! Suzuki has always had bad brakes. Since you had a GSX-R previously you probably know, hehe. I had GSX-R 600 2015 before this bike and OEM brakes faded so much after a couple of runs on the track. I switched to Goodridge braided lines and Accossato master cylinder which was great update. I am currently running OEM pads but will change to HEL lines (same as yours) and these pads www.sbs.dk/products-1/brake-pads/782hs I have owned these before and they do a great job!
It's an SP connect phone mount. Works really well, I have the stem mount version on my mountain bike too and it hasn't failed yet. Just need to be careful you don't catch it/knock it with your arm etc as it can turn on the holder, but it's been solid on some pretty heavy duty downhill sections and has been fine so won't do it by itself. Would recommend. Thanks for watching! sp-connect.co.uk/products/moto-bundle
@@twistandgo3414 ah.. a friend had a SP connect on his z800 but his phone caught some wind and went out of the case. His phone flew through the air 😂 but the way you positoined it it should be fine.
You don't have to. It runs really good as it is but would say its a touch rich at times, but that's being really picky. Have been thinking about doing a cat delete (stainless headers) and getting the ecu flashed to make the most of the upgrades but, in honesty, it doesn't need it,but would make it 100% perfect with maximum efficiency / gains.
@@nathansaddington you won't be disappointed with the bike. I had an S1000R before the 750, this is more fun to ride as you can use more of the power more of the time and its not slow. You just get to ride it harder. 😁. Might cover that on the next vid. Be nice to get out to film one 😂
@@twistandgo3414 You should do it. I am actually thinking and wondering if that should be my next bike. But I am having so much fun on the 750 so I am having hard time deciding if I should do it or not... You can really push 750 hard both on road and track, such a playful bike!
@@sancoblanco yeah, I'm quite keen to get it done I have to say. I don't think any dyno centres are open locally at the minute. Nobody local does it with a good reputation.

I put a quickshifter on mine, k &n air filter, yoshi exhaust power commander 5... it is a blast to ride. 120rwhp

The company that makes that detailer product should use your bike as an advertisement. Your paint looks absolutely fantastic.
