The flower tail wasn't a thing until the Lets Go games, which were gen... 7 i think? Before sword and shield. Thats why all the eeve merch has the jagged tail, they used to all look like that
Oh that makes sense! I couldn't remember if eevee had a gender difference when I was a kid but it coming out around 2018 makes sense, that's pretty close to when I got into pokemon, I hope they make some girl eevee plushies now it's been 6 years lol

Glaceon is actually one of my favorite pokemon! And I actually quite like its shiny. It kinda feels like the color scheme that Glaceon should have had to begin with. It just feels more graceful. My suggestion for a pokemon plush is skitty. The bobble head preportions might be hard (I don’t know I've never made a plushy), but it is adorable. And could also have a squeaker so you can remove another squeaker from your stash

@@wafflecat3217 you totally could but it would require sewing the colour change scales on after you’ve connected the body side pieces and the back but not the chest, or doing it on each side of the body whole before sewing it up! You can do it either way, both have their difficulties haha machine applique is pretty fiddly and hard in another way, you need perfect machine control for small pieces like that and rlly good cutting skills. But in the beanie WoF plushies vid i did use applique on a machine for the leafwing and hivewing!

since you have an excess of squeakers, will you be adding some to future dragons (and/or some dragons' bonus accessory items)? they might need to be put in different locations depending on the size of the dragon but it'd be a pretty good way to use up a bunch of the things.
The wet-kitten look really works for the eeveelutions, their all so cute! I think the jolteon and eevee are my favorites out of the bunch (though, I like them all, but I would of never guessed the difficulty and tediousness of leafeon.) I do have a few questions, though. How in the world did you get your hands on the impossible to find grey-brown-white color of shiny eevee?? Did you dye the fabric? And, when you applique on top of one part of minky do you cut the bottom piece afterwards or would that make the top part that was sewn on pucker?
@@mystuff789 i have actually no idea where i got this fabric haha it was just on my fabric shelf but i shop from three places, minky n more australia, hopen textiles on aliexpress and Shannon fabrics! I don’t cut the bottom piece off the applique portions except on the head, this is because if you do it right it won’t pucker because the applique and the foundation will be in the same tension, it makes little difference to cut off the foundation fabric and in most cases i need it for the guide to sew the whole shape or other parts onto! :]
Hey your work has inspired me to create my own plushies! It is incredible how easy you make it look hehe. I would like to ask how do you create your own patterns? Because I would really love to learn
oh! I use a ball of clay to model the shape, i cover it in layers of masking tape and then draw out seam lines onto it, then i slice the tape off, transfer it to paper and copy it out there! or i just use paper and tape and lots of trial and error to determine the pattern :]

@@May._.Maylin oh i get my fabric from minky n more australia predominantly and sometimes hopen textiles on aliexpress, it’s 5mm pile minky and Shannon fabrics usually has some but if you want shorter pile lengths i’ve heardgood things about Big Zfabrics !

@ Yippee! what your friend says about the haircut I 100 percent agree it does look like a hat and that just makes the design cuter lol
a trick for flipping the fabric tubes: put a straw or something similar inside, and then use a stick to push the fabric through :]

For glaceon why not add the diamonds on the back after the two back halves are sewn together but before sewing the back to the front

since you have an excess of squeakers, will you be adding some to future dragons (and/or some dragons' bonus accessory items)? they might need to be put in different locations depending on the size of the dragon but it'd be a pretty good way to use up a bunch of the things.

The wet-kitten look really works for the eeveelutions, their all so cute! I think the jolteon and eevee are my favorites out of the bunch (though, I like them all, but I would of never guessed the difficulty and tediousness of leafeon.)
I do have a few questions, though. How in the world did you get your hands on the impossible to find grey-brown-white color of shiny eevee?? Did you dye the fabric? And, when you applique on top of one part of minky do you cut the bottom piece afterwards or would that make the top part that was sewn on pucker?
@@mystuff789 i have actually no idea where i got this fabric haha it was just on my fabric shelf but i shop from three places, minky n more australia, hopen textiles on aliexpress and Shannon fabrics! I don’t cut the bottom piece off the applique portions except on the head, this is because if you do it right it won’t pucker because the applique and the foundation will be in the same tension, it makes little difference to cut off the foundation fabric and in most cases i need it for the guide to sew the whole shape or other parts onto! :]

Hey your work has inspired me to create my own plushies! It is incredible how easy you make it look hehe. I would like to ask how do you create your own patterns? Because I would really love to learn
oh! I use a ball of clay to model the shape, i cover it in layers of masking tape and then draw out seam lines onto it, then i slice the tape off, transfer it to paper and copy it out there! or i just use paper and tape and lots of trial and error to determine the pattern :]

@@May._.Maylin oh i get my fabric from minky n more australia predominantly and sometimes hopen textiles on aliexpress, it’s 5mm pile minky and Shannon fabrics usually has some but if you want shorter pile lengths i’ve heardgood things about Big Zfabrics !
