Yay! This is one of the hybrids I’ve been really exited for! Maybe next or soon you could design a Rain sea hybrid? I have already and would love to see what differences pop up!
So pretty! Cyprus I have hybrid idea that’s my oc. Lavender is a rainwing-leafwing hybrid with shades of purples and some flower petals patterns that are dark purple. Lavender’s parents met when her father, Hyacinth the leafwing traveled to Pyrrhia to learn about the plants there. He met Lavender’s mother, Plum while studying the trees in the rainforest. Lavender has weak leafspeak but a good aim with her venom.
The character I made up in my head as my main OC's name is Mango. I took a ton of tribe quizzes and got rainwing on all but one which I got leafwing, so I'm thinking about if maybe I should make her a hybrid that has dominant rainwing genes. Her scales are usually a proud shade of purple with a happy yellow wing membrane and some other yellow scales (along with her underbelly) and curious blue snout scales. She's a little sarcastic sometimes-- shes cheerful but sensible, and has always been interested in the other tribes. She's Glory's age. I think if I changed her in my mind to a leafwing hybrid she would have not strong but not quite weak leafspeak, and she'd have some golden and brown flecked scales she couldn't change. Her tail wouldn't be curved but instead more leafwing-like, since her mothers genes would be dominant, like most hybrids. Her father is a leafwing- His name is Lichen. He was always interested in traveling to Pyrrhia ever since he heard of Clearsight as a dragonet. One day he decided to actually set out to go there, and luckily found scraps of islands on the way he could rest on. He forced himself to learn to fish, and sometimes could catch birds. By the time he got to Pyrrhia, he was skinny and starved, but after recovering flew around the ice kingdom since he knew he wouldn't be able to find any prey that wasn't fish or polar bears-- and with his condition he couldn't have won a fight against one of them. He managed to explore a little of the sand kingdom, only finding little lizards-- they filled him enough, because there were a lot, but they were very small, before the heat and his hunger got the best of him. Either no dragons had spotted him yet, or they hadn't bothered to see who he was. He decided to go into the rainforest and met a very pretty mostly blue rainwing with accent scales of rose pink and deep purple snout scales. He fell in love with her instantly. Her name was blueberry. They fell in love and had a clutch of 4 eggs, Mango's father deciding to keep them hidden in the rainforest instead of putting them in the apparently mix and match unorganized hatchery of the rainwings. It seemed like she was more sensible than the others, from what she told him about them. When the eggs hatched, they named the 2 male dragonets Broadleaf and Caiman, and the females Rosemary and Mango. Lichen had strong leafspeak, Mango inheriting leafspeak more in the middle but Caiman inheriting very strong leafspeak which he rarely used. Mango tried to keep hers a secret, while Caiman did not. Rosemary thought she had some, but if she did, it was very, very weak. Broadleaf did not. Lichen stayed in Pyrrhia, and when the rainwings found out about him, they were weirded out but still welcoming. Lichen's father had always neglected him and his mother disliked him because he would not let them or anyone use him for his strong leafspeak. WOW THAT WAS A LOT... I also made all the lore up on the spot.
He is like literally the coolest dragon I have ever seen in my whole life. Sadly I missed the action but please continue to make these cool dragons. Thanks also for the mystery boxes, I got one for me and my sister.
ITS SO GOOD. I think it’d be amazing for a sky nightwing design, a normal nightwing wing but for the wings has some patches of red or orange for a kinda cool effect.

Yeah I've experimented personally with the idea, her name is Acacia. although I have struggled with the coloring. I did four wings that looked like rainwing's wings.

This was one of my favorite hybrids because my favorite color is a teal-aqua color that leans closer to blue so I absolutely fell in love with this hybrid!
Hi Cyprus! I’m a HUGE fan of your videos and I had a suggestion for another let’s design. Nectarine is a Rainwing healer who is calm, collected, smart, and kind. Her Mother was one of the abducted Rainwings, so she isn’t the biggest fan of nightwings. But strangely she is best friends with a female nightwing, so kinda like kinkajou and moon. She studied at Jade Mountain Academy, and then studied under the other rainwing healers. Her main colors are peach, sunset orange, and a sky blue.
I thought of some neat colors you can use for slikwing hybrid. Dark blue, cool brown, and bits of white and grey. I like this idea for a slikwing hybrid.🙂

Frostbite in fact is a name used in wings of fire. She was an ancient ice wing animus Mentioned in winter turning. Which I just think is funny because you avoided using tempest because it was already used in the books just to end up using a different name mentioned in the books. But that's perfectly okay I only found this out after naming one of my OCs frostbite and looking up the name. Enyway love the oc, love your videos and art and I'm so glad I found your channel. Hivewng/Seawing hybrid! It would be cool to see the merge of hostile hivewings and calm-ish rainwings! The name would be Honey, and she'd be bright yellow with black spots, like a normal hivewing, then it has rainbow scales on her underbelly and tsil tip! She has poison in her claws as well as her fangs, and light blue spots on her legs!

I have a sea/rain hybrid who’s based on a blue/ringed octopus, because they’re bright, tend to live in tide pools, and they have really deadly venom that can kill you in minutes
Random thing but the way you did the webbing on the tail spikes reminds me of the Bewilderbeast from httyd which kinda fits the water and ice thing lol
