Transforming 1986 C10 Truck with Retrobright Headlights

- Not often is one of our upgrades not horsepower based but this week we make a MASSIVE update to the headlights on my 1986 Chevrolet C10!
I picked up a set of @HolleyPerformance Retrobright Modern White Headlights to replace the wore out halogen bulbs in this truck! We dig into the details on the install and the adjustment of these lights to maximize their performance!

Nice! Did you know though that Holley also sells just highbeam bulbs for this light? It comes with a two-prong plug so just match the polarity and presto!
I found out after I placed the order 😂 That would have for sure been easier!
I thought there was also a way to setup all four lights as both high and low… or am I mistaken?

@@shift_points ok where do I get them from? I was actually looking up a video on how to replace a turn signal bulb and this video popped up. I’m glad it did. I can’t stand the old dingy yellow color from the factory headlights
@@TimTaylor0320 you can get them straight from Holley and they also have them on Summit just look up Retrobright modern white. They are pretty pricey but I got these on sale when I did this.

My set had connections it box if I needed them

@@harriswaller7002 I recently got a set for my Galaxie and it did have the adapter but this set didn't for some reason. What I did here is the same thing but it would have been nice to have it supplied lol
Shit is crazy overpriced, octane lighting makes the same thing for 1/4
@@calbert367 for sure expensive. I got these on sale which is why I got them but good to know about Octane!
