Let me start by saying, I hate mainstream television/entertainment. Your content is viewed by thousands of people every week. To give some perspective; a Detroit Lions game has an average of 45k people attending every Sunday during the regular season. I would guess that your weekly views are significantly more than that. I know it’s difficult, and creating content can be a drag sometimes. Please remember that you are touching the hearts of thousands of people. You two are responsible for inspiring thousands, entertaining 10’s of thousands, and providing a positive escape for so many. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your videos every week. Your success is directly related to your love of life and genuine compassion and authenticity. While I don’t know you personally, those who do I’m sure are very proud of you. Best wishes. Cheers!
Whoa. Just whoa! One of the best messages we have ever received, you don’t know how much these messages can touch us, but they do and can make or break us, so thank you! Thank you for taking the time to message us, it made our day and we are very grateful, hope you have an amazing rest of your day!! CHEERS
Great video. Fun, action, sad for the crabs but bad luck if your a crab... Yours is the only channel I have ever seen, thanking people who support other channels too... Says a lot about you really...
Just a little trick cooking crab. I know you may not have ice onboard. But when finished cooking ( always cook them in ocean water), place them in an ice slurry bath, or else they will continue to cook internally and become tough.
Another groovy episode. SV Delos make cool sailing buddies. Beautiful shots of paradise. Baby Sharks swimming by your paddle board, far out. I love crab cakes, so tasty.
The crab hunt looked like it was almost as much fun as the feast, made for some super comical video, lol. Thanks for taking us along and bringing us into your home!
Awesome job Erica and Karen on the foil board!! Noticed the head gear, Hats Off!! Been head smacked before by a surfboard nose and will testify it can do damage, Not ideal in the middle of paradise. Thanks for sharing the wonderful community and stunning surroundings, total slice of heaven!!
Finally, I had to wait a whole week now that I am done binging. I watch a couple other channels but wow, your videography is just incredible. It’s like I’m right there. Thank you for taking me along with this beautiful destination. I love your show.
Wow, its amazing how the ocean can lay down to the point you cant tell where the horizon and the ocean meet, but yet also change to the point it feels like its wanting to eat you alive. Love seeing that flat calm water.
Crab cake Ingredients: 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat 1T dijon 1 T Worcestershire Sauce 1 T Fresh thyme leaves 2T minced green onions 1/4 cup panko crumbs 1/4 Cup Mayo 1 egg 1/2 lemon juiced 1/2 T Old Bay Seasoning Top Garnish Ingredients: Micro greens Lemon juice Olive oil Tartar Sauce Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup minced scallions 1 t Worcestershire sauce 1 t tabasco sauce 1 T Chopped capers 1 T lemon juice 1 T dill pickle relish 1 T chopped white onion 1 T chopped parsley Procedure: In a non reactive bowl whisk together the egg, mayo. Lemon juice, Worcestershire, thyme, old bay, and dijon. In a separate bowl gently pick through the crab to remove any shells. Be careful not to shred the crab meat. Pour the whisked mixture over the crab and gently coat, by tossing the crab with your hands allowing the crab to fall between your fingers. Sprinkle the Panko over the crab and gently toss again. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the panko to soak up any liquid. Combine all the tartar sauce ingredients and mix well. Let this sit in the refrigerator for 30 min and taste. May need to add some salt to taste. To form the cakes use a small 2” ring mold. Spoon crab mixture into the mold and gently press down to remove any excess moisture. Then place on a metal pie tin that has been coated with nonstick spray. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 8-10 min. Prepare your plate by putting a dollop of tartar sauce on the plate big enough to cover the bottom of the cakes. You can garnish the plate with some orange slices too like in the photo. Remove the cakes from the tin using a fish spatula and flip them over so the golden pan side is face up. Set the cakes right on top of the tartar sauce. In a small bowl take a handful of micro greens and toss in the lemon juice and add a little olive oil to make it shine. Put that right on top of the crab cakes.
@@WEsail for some reason my photo of the plate up didn’t make it to the post. Really good. I combined several recipes to perfect this. To my taste anyway
3 of my favorite channels! At 1 time? Perfection... When I grow up I plan to be like y'all! Yes I'm 50+ still trying to get hubby on board literally! I spent a day sailing and I caught a cold called the sailing bug!
Loved the beautiful scenery and the crab hunt was too funny. My boat is named Old bay after the spice. We steam crab with generous amounts of Old bay on each piece. If you don’t want to make crab cakes, after steaming it, just crack the crab and eat it. Enjoy!
Just when you think you couldnt top last weeks video. You blew it out of the park. This was the most calming funny relaxing video you guys have ever done. Great job ❤❤❤❤
Loved this episode. That location looked amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Delos folks are great, been watching them for a while too. Keep it up.... you are living a dream for a lot us on the other side of the screen.
Great video, nice to see the life out there. One small comment, the volume on your videos is all over the place. I have no idea if it's possible to fix, but it goes from really quiet to very loud....Not the end of the world, still...
Hey thank you and thank you for letting us know. Can I ask, are you watching this on your computer or the TV. for some reason I think the volume on the computers do a better job of balancing out the volumes. We have been trying for so long to get this problem sorted but can't seem to get it right.

Interesting - locals prefer coconut crabs & ocean crabs & not land crabs that you caught. What do you prefer?

Only on sundays
@@WEsail that’d be awesome
See what I’m saying
Pineapples!
Steam, don't boil!
Oh really! OK next time we will try that. Why is that preferred over boiling?
@@WEsail Keeps the meat from being a wet mess and harder to pick the meat, easier to avoid over-cooking them with steam, better flavor too.
How much do youguys spend on sunscreen, that stuff is so expensive..
Haha ya it is!! Truth be told we really don't spend a dime because of two things: First is that our friends and family almost always leave whatever they bring so we end up with more than we will ever go through, and secondly we more often than not prefer to cover up than to use sunscreen..
