Just want to thank you for these videos. I’m doing my first ever graphgran crochet pattern and I’d be at a loss without your very straightforward and to the point videos and explanations. :) much love
I just completed a duck on a square pattern from another channel that was supposed to be for beginners. My problems are: I hate bobbins. Can we do this without bobbins? And I haven't crocheted in a long, long time and I had a hard time understanding how to count rows and stitches and how to recognize the stitches when I changed color because there seemed to be so many extra things of fabric and I ended up with a distorted duck because I inadvertently added stitches
i’m not sure if this would work, but i would just double everything; the rows, the stitches - so for example: i would do 4x teal stitches instead of 2 and 48x stitches of white (instead of 24, from stitch 3 to stitch 27). And do row all of the rows twice (so you would do 2x row 1, before moving onto row 2. hope that makes sense 😭

Thank you so much for all your videos, you have given me a bunch of information that I didn't know. I can't wait to start my first project
Love this video!! May I ask… do you need to turn ? Can you just work your rows from right to left and bind off at the end of each row ?
You could do that if you wanted, but I always turn at the end of the row.
I'm left handed. How do I start since most charts are meant for right handed workers.
you would just do it backwards:)
So am i! you can just start it backward if it's symmetrical, or I'll add a little border to the bottom for a lil razzle dazzle.
I was so afraid of that, I'm left handed too but I learned crochet like a right handed person do :(
I hope you'll find a solution
Maybe try to mirror image the graph in editing mode on your phone.
Like turning it left to right or right to left in the photo editing option.

If you are lefthanded do you start from left to right or right to lef
Great question! Yes, you would read them the opposite way around.
have. you made a video for the full project?
Not a video, but there is a written pattern: www.willowcrochet.com/product/happy-cat-coasters-crochet-pattern/
Where do you create your patterns?
Stitchfiddle.com
I wish you would have slowed down just a little from the very beginning
you can always slow the video down when you go to settings :)
Please do we use just single crochet for charts? And can we use this chart for a bigger project? Great video btw, very detailed 🫶🏽

@@makylakaye6669 it does make sense. Thank you so much 🫶🏽
You can use bigger yarn and a bigger hook as well. And with the first tip it will become really big 😅
