- Korg nanoKEY Studio is a great controller. If I could choose only one for using for whole life it would be this one. In companion with Gadget it is great setup and ideas flows as butterfly’s in the summertime ;)
Samples from this JAM and Gadget project file are available to download from:

Super. I’m amazed you don’t have a huge following. Every episode is so melodic and well made and performed.
Thank you. Nice to hear that
great JAM, i love your video's, top quality
Thanks
I came here for the Korg device, I liked for the great video quaility and I subscribed for the jam.
Thank you

Thank you
This just got recommended to me and i am loving it.
Love to hear that 🥰

Good stuff bro 😎
Thanks Man 😎
Great session indeed!
Thanks
Superb!
Thank you
merry christmas to you and your family ✨✨💕💕✨✨✨✨
Thank You. All good for you too
Gadget is one of my favorites 👽
Mine too ;)
@@coffebeats I keep encouraging Korg to go all in and give it inter app super abilities so it can host apps / synths on the iPad as well as open itself in other daws which it now does with Logic / garage band as a plugin too. I’m burnt out on third party audio unit stuff . It’s suffocating the iPads and has prevented Logic Pro from coming to iOS I believe as well. 👽
nice solo you got there!
Yes, it was surprisingly successful ;)
@@coffebeats Lol I wish I could play like that.. minor pentatonic is all I can do 😭
Sade vibes
Yep. I like her vibes 😍
Great groove! I noticed in newer videos that you are using the Launchpad device with Loopy Pro, which hardware/software combo do you like better and why?
I love Korg Gadget and nanoKEY studio for creating whole song concepts. It is great setup too for preparing loops for fingerdrumming with Koala/Loopy and Launchpad. Those samplers and Launchpad I like the most for live beatmaking. Those are my the best setups after testing lot of gear and software.
@@coffebeats Thank you for the timely reply! I guess that makes sense considering their targeted markets. I guess I would be bothered by the lack of quantization of the beat even for live use. I know loopy has a segmentation tool that can be set to 1/16th notes on the grid after inputting a sample. The sample gets broken up into 1/16th notes from the input source. So you can play the broken down samples at their transients for a certain length in time quantized. I did it once before but it’s hard to explain. Hope I’m making sense. That might be a good work around for Loopy Pro. Anyway, love your stuff and thanks again for the response!
I love your beats! What daw do you use in this ocation?
Thank You. This was done In Korg Gadget
Nice work. How is the setup? Are you using an external audio interface?
No. I am using only headphones and iPad screen recording. nanoKEY is via Bluetooth
I‘m loving it. Maybe it could be easier to press analog knobs rather than the touchscreen. Did you consider to take a nanoKey Studio for doing this?
Greetings from Germany !!
Yes indeed! I am planning to buy nanoKONTROL Studio for switching between instruments. Unless you know how to do it with nanoKEY. Greetings from Poland!
@@coffebeats A cheap(er) solution : nanoKontrol2. Plus ( eventually - depends on your budget) Yamaha UD-BT01 Bluetooth module powered by a powerbank.
Same Mapping with Korg Gadget . Sadly not possible with NanoKey Studio…
So between this device and the m-wave which would be an overall pick
They are looks similar. NanoKey has 8 programmable scenes but m-wave has more realistic keyboard. I like Korg. Not used m-wave
@@coffebeats damn :/ i just purchase the M-wave and kinda a bit bumming my decision now it comes with its issues I guess setting it up is what’s bothering me. I figured you just connect and play lol
Love all your work...
