Didn't think Werner was worse than Son; so his rating is harsh.
With Spence, he's really engaged with all of the club's, and other player's, social media posts. I've got a feeling he's already been told he's back in the first team plans. Would love to see him be a success here. He's a raw talent but loads of potential. COYS.

How does Werner get lesser rating than Son when Son misses from point-blank range? The bias is horrendous..
The anti-Werner sentiment is terrible. He gives Brennan an absolute lesson in wing play every game yet everyone is always on his back. It’s the same with Richarlison. Scores 8 in 9 games yet every stream they’re wishing him away. Winds me up too
@@rickinrioif it wasn't for werners bad finishing, Johnson would have gotten 16 assists at least past season. He did it past qpr game too. Saying he is better than Johnson is what I dont agree with
@rickinrio Johnson is also pretty good and outshined Kulu last season without any preseason.. Kulu is better as a CAM for now than on the wings..

They don't like Werner, it's true! And he definitely deserved more than a 5. What's even MORE INSANE: they gave Emerson Royal 7/10. Emerson Royal deserves no more than 5 in ANY GAME, because he is useless and often costs Spurs valuable points!

Sonny loses the ball too easily for a CF. He’s great against a high line but ineffectual against a low block and needs to be on the wing instead. Kulu should be CF in that situation.
Does matter yet though. The season is about momentum… let’s aim for a perfect preseason 💪🏻
Agree. Son can be effective at cf vs city and arsenal. But vs most teams need to play off the left. We need to sign a striker though because Richy is often injured and kulu isn’t the answer at cf. I like kulu at the 8

I don't think it's going to benefit all the young players to be in the first team as it will limit opportunities.
After the tour it would be interesting to see which of the young players you think Spurs should keep for the first team, go in the under 21 and go out on loan.
Cant believe you guys always defend Son. He had a very bad game. Just say it like it is. We all know he can do better.
Well they DID say that Son had 'poor' finishing and 'it wasn't the greatest display'. So again, why a higher rating than Werner? Strong case that both deserve a 5.
Our ambitions for the season hinge on how much we can improve the attacking line, which just doesn't have the quality currently, and probably ranks outside the top 6 for front lines.
Son, Toney, Johnson would give us a chance. Don't seem to really be revamping it this summer.. Werner on loan.. next summer Son will be older, a few like Richi will go, and really got to find real quality there.

Not great that players we are touted to be selling seem to be the best players on the pitch....
Son looks his age now. He was always more speed than technique and it looks like next season my be a massive struggle up front ..
We also have to contend with the idea that there is a massive chance these games will be the closest the academy players get this season as another manager flatters to deceive.
The difference in quality between QPR and hearts was stark and a reminder of the levels that our manager has worked within on the past.
The QPR game left a fair few questions and showed what a farce playing spl teams is for pre season games.
Another one reading way too much into pre-season games. Players don't want to get injured and the games are simply for match fitness purposes, whilst trying out a bunch of different players.
@@jmo4952I can see what he’s saying, last season we scored 1 goal and lost control of the game, opponent racked up corners and shots on goal, same thing happening in preseason, and we kill the game with one final chance in the end, no real control against relegation championship side, letting them get corner after corner and shot after shot

I think you guys are too high on the second half players considering how pinned back we were and couldn’t get out of our own 3rd for much of it.
I did wonder what bang average player that isn’t good enough to still be at the club would perform this pre season and it seems it’s Spence. This fan base never changes can’t wait for November when he’s been awful and the same fans wanting to keep him are asking why he’s still there 😂😂

Sim: you forgot to mention how Spence outran Emerson to make that tackle! Royal was a bystander once again... it's as if he is always playing on a yellow card. And the ref was correct to ignore his pathetic attempt drawing a foul deep in his own end! NEVER 7/10.
