Maybe Tuchel didn't want to have to play certain players regardless of performance and then getting the blame/sack. There are different levels of control that are acceptable.
There's nothing wrong with your mic, but you have a tendency to turn away from the mic, or put a hand or something in-between you and the mic. If you have the Mic set up in such a way that it is focused in a cone facing you it does tend to lead to dips in volume if you aren't directly speaking at it. You could look at changing the mic settings, or maybe even move to a multiple mic setup . . or just focus on not speaking if you aren't facing the mic. Maybe up the gain and move the Mic a little further away from your mouth and it will be all good.
MU should look for a younger manager , mid 40s, who has been successful with a smaller club and has a rep for tactical smarts and a bit of a disciplinarian. SAF fit that profile before MU as well as guys like Klopp, Emiry and Pochetino before they got big clubs..
