I'd like to see:
1) KWP for the club trained aspect of Uefa squads can cover RB & LB without too much drop off in quality
2) Archie Gray covering RB and number 6 can grow to be our long term no6 and will be homegrown and even club trained by the time he's 21
3) Connor Gallagher - pressing machine which we need to regain possession high up the pitch with the way Ange plays and he's the best at doing it. Also decent on the ball and arriving in the box. Having a better press also reduces pressure on Bissouma as a defensive player - which he still put up very good numbers for last season - and allow him to focus on his ball playing ability and taking the ball off the back line the way he did so well at the start of the season
4) Dream would be Nico Williams but i dont think we'd be able to meet his wage demands so would be looking at Johan Bakayoko for an explosive winger that takes on his man
5) Jonathan David. Last year of his contract so available for good value. Fits into the system well and at the likely price is well worth the gamble to see if he can make it in England. With the players around him at Spurs i think he could actually do better than he has in France.
I would also like to see us bring in Jobe Bellingham and Desire Doue - mainly Doue though. Both really good young talents and Doue has been terrorising defenders in Ligue 1 and would be a great long-termreplacement for Son on the left. Again with their age both could be club trained players by the time they turn 21 so good for Uefa squads.
Eze is a fantastic player and certainly wouldn't be a good buy, but i dont know how naturally he fits the current system

For me. Geertruida should be signed asap before other clubs come in. (Hopefully agent Van De Ven can convince him) his versatility to play in the whole back 4 AND CDM is a no brainer. Especially for his price.
Next, snap up EZE ASAP As soon as England get knocked out of Euros.
As for strikers, we need 2. One as a tall guy strong with headers and good hold up play, as well as a more versatile dribbling and pacey striker with good movement who can drift inro winger positions too.
Richarlison is not good enough, and his injury record is bad.
Give him back to Everton in a swap deal for Onana as our new CDM.
And sign Toney and Jonathan David to rotate.
As for wingers, sell Kulu to Conte's Napoli, and use that money for a deal for Bakayoko or someone better.
Other than that, maybe one or two cheap deals for talented youngsters that we can loan back to the club for a year, like we did with Sarr and Udogie.
Maybe another loan.
And for home grown/home trained...
BRING SOME OF OUR U21 PREM LEAGUE 2 WINNING YOUNGSTERS UP. A large crop of those players won the u19 and u16 leagues before that. WE NEED THAT WINNING MENTALITY AND HUNGER.
Eze £70m, Toney £35m with a last minute bid. These 2 should be bare minimum. And if we can't afford these 2 then look forward to another season of no trophies and no CL.
who would you pick between Ederson and Ugarte - and why?
Johnson had 15 goal involvements in the league, Maddison 13, and Kulu had 11 so all of our main attackers had over 10? Even Werner had 5 in 13 so not unreasonable to suggest he would have over 10 in a full season

You managed to convince me about Abraham ... and that wasn't easy. Putting the money on an Eze, Ederson, Geertruida this season. And next year we'll put the money on Sesko! If not in defense I'd go for Jacob Greave !!! English and promising. Capable of playing center-back and left-back.
Signing both Ederson and Onana is unnecessary just one is needed to play the 6 considering we have Bissouma as "back up". I believe Ederson is the superior option due to his on ball ability and the fact he can play the 8 and the 6. For defense I believe you overlooked Riccardo Calafiori who has great on ball ability (not to say that Geertruida doesnt) and can play LCB and LB. Tammy Abraham, just no.
hey mate, it's the writer here🤣 since we were limited to 5 I couldn't include Calafiori as I wanted to sort every position, however he was definitely up there, as for Ederson and Onana, it's either of them, not both personally as well! and as for Tammy, I like to think the reasoning made sense : )

This is crazy but rico lewis is the best player tottenham can sign. He can bomb forward from right back like pedro porro. He can defend and pass the ball just as good if not better then bissouma from cdm. He can press like Connor Galloger and pass like maddison from cam (he did this against arsenal). One player who plays all our crucial positions extremely. Maybe I'm crazy. But he could be our best player
In my opinion.. we need an all out penalty box, hold up playing traditional type striker
A inverted right back that can carry the ball because thats how we move through phases of play
Versetile left centerback that can play leftback
Quality, elite type of versetile midfielders, two of them
1v1 specialist winger
So with that being said, here's my window:

Expensive yes but if we can get our outgoings done, we could afford to splurge.
We'd be challenging for the league with those signings
Eze would never join spurs to sit the bench.
