Take note; Homie did a stretch/warmup routine longer than most of y'alls workouts. That's the key takeaway..... preparation to train is just as important as the training itself. Sometimes the hardest or most boring things are the most important when trying to become a better athlete.

Ik in track and cross country athletes go barefoot in their spikes , but cleats seem a bit odd to do that
i think the lining in those cleats act as socks bruh actually kinda hell !!!

Considering they get custom cleats, I think their cleat wearing experience is way different than ours
watching someone as professional and special as ty even do stretching and warm ups really puts it in perspective on how much of a master of his own body and craft that he is. When you see it along other guys you can just see the magnitude of the difference of control of the body.
