you are so right about RV parks charging premium for EVs. Last summer drove my Tesla to Maine and I had a RV park tell me after I booked the reservation that there was a $30/day charge for EVs. I cancelled my reservation there and booked at another place that did not do this. Yes, metering is coming!

Using simple math (kWh = A x V) your EV would have to be on a Level 2 charger for almost 21 hours at full charge to use $30 of electricity at $0.12/kWh. Unless you have a EV battery the size of semi trailer, that is just unrealistic and overcharging. We wonder if that RV park would be violating their Electric Company's "No Profit From our Electric" clause.
Do you happen to know how much kWh it takes to charge your Telsa when the battery is completely depleted? Or we can estimate it if we know the approximate time on a L2 charger.

so my Model Y has an 81 kW battery. My home level 2 Tesla wall charger will do 48 amps X 220V = 10.5kW an hour, which is about 8 hours for a full charge, which is about right. You get about 80% output amps to input. So my input is 60 amps and going into the car I get 48 amps. At an RV park, you get 50 amps in and 40 amps out. so you can charge at about 8 or 9 kW. at 12¢ per kW, would be $9.72 to get a full charge. That is assuming you drive ~ 225 miles a day. So if they are charging a $30/day premium, they are ripping you off.

and I would happily pay metering since Tesla Superchargers average about 40¢ a kWh.@@RvParkBuilder

Thank you for your input. Based on your feedback, it would seem that $10 to $15/day would be more reasonable for everyone involved!
