To be fair that's been the case for most of Netanyahu's political career. He's been investigated in Israel for, at least, 5 years, longer if memory serves, I forget when some of these began. In the docuseries, 'Aftershock: Everest and the Nepal Earthquake,' the 2022 production includes the incident when three Israeli climbers trekking back from Everest to Katmandu removed the lockbox of savings from the ruins of a Sherpa family who fled their devastated house and village with other survivors. Regarding historical examples of brutality and massacres in hospitals, the israeli occupation forces, in their brutality and methods, resemble the Dirlewanger Brigade. They carried out similar atrocities during the Warsaw Uprising on hospitals; and especially in terror tactics the israeli have learned a lot from nazi paramilitary units on the eastern front. Interesting to notice that when forced to face regular fighters, such as the soviets, these nazi paramilitaries were usually crushed. Which is kinda similar to israeli forces facing resistance units.
They castrate many palestinians in prison.

During WWII hospitals on the Eastern Front and during the Korean War, hospitals were targeted and destroyed. There is precedent for this strategy, it is just that 2024 it is publicly viewed. Further Fallujah was leveled and hospitals were absolutely re-designated as military outposts and attacked.
"publicly viewed" is their archilles heel.

I think its the 'city on the hill' narrative that clouded imperialism that social media blew up..
