I really enjoy it and feel like watching you work through rates and plan out next steps helps me figure out where I’d like to go next in the game - even if it’s not the same as what you are doing. If Unstator is looking at the comments: I understand what you were getting at for sushi belts and storages. Sushi belts into Dimensional storages in combinations with smart splits works well. Sushi belt (highest level belt with max items on it) moving along through smart splitters where left OR right outputs are defined as an item. Then select OVERFLOW on the left or right that you did not define. The left and right defined out puts are going into BASIC storage contains that have a dimensional depo on top with a lift connecting the dimensional depo and BASIC storage. The middle output should be set to undefine to let items continue moving through. The overflows can be then merged into another sushi belt into a sink.
Hey, just wanted to say, I love watching your live streams of satisfactory. I'm never able to watch live unfortunately, but absolutely love watching the stream when I'm able. Just caught up on all of them and looking forward to watching more.
I just made my starting spaghetti factory into my dimensional depot factory. Now I just have a constant supply of everything for making my actual base somewhere else.
@1:59:00 I use smart splitters in this setup just because it makes the line turn on gradually with less stuter because it will fill one machine before overflowing ot the next. so it effectively doesn't make a difference other then I like how it starts up and work. its a bit more "balanced" without a full load balancer. But nothing time won't cure on a normal splitter setup.
What I've noticed about the "spiders" is when they go "aggro", they get excited. Using aggro loosely here...the most aggressive mob in any game I've played.
Ugh... Everyone brings up being afraid of being shot in the US. I daily carry concealed and have never needed to pull my gun, nor have seen anyone brandish one in anger ... Well, since i got back from Iraq, at least. Also, a hospital can't turn away a critical patient. Just FYI, there are a LOT of guns here per capita. So, people often don't stab each other, they use a gun. So just stay away from the seedy areas, like you would in the UK.
something that always annoys me, I watch Darren and he adds splitters mid-belt by holding CTRL and placing it... I find that when I do that the splitter snaps to the belt, but it doesn't actually connect to or split the belt...Just clips through it. Am I being stupid and missing something?
You have to look directly at the belt, and not from below. So: Select Splitter, Look at Belt, Hold Ctrl, Place. When you do that, the belt should highlight/flicker to let you know you've placed on it correctly.
OK. So the difference between The U.S. and Other countries is this. Yes, A lot of countries have Freedom of Speach/Assembly, Can own Guns, Worship under whatever Religion you want, etc... And Yes, in a lot of places some of these things are protected in some way. But ONLY in the U.S. are there Documents, I.E: The Constitution and The Bill of Rights, that offer these Freedoms ABSOLUTE protectection (Subject in some cases to things like Time/Place/Manner/Intent resrtictions) from EVERYONE, Even The Government.
Man. You carefully set the miner to 135 output, then put in a fking level 1 belt. Then hours later you noticed they're not producing enough CONCRETE, one of most important base material you'll always need (along with plates and rods that you just decided to sink every last one of) so THEN you look at the 135 again "fix" it with with a lvl2 belt. Gotta stop looking at chat while doing stuff man.
4:12:47 : BTW, the reason the upload speed is relevant to this is that if you are producing at faster pace than your current upload speed, the buffer doesn’t do anything, as the depot will fill faster than it can "empty" anyways
What you don't understand is that corporations are people, and people have the constitutional right to free speech, and political donations are free speech, ergo it's totally legal to bribe politicians... Citizen's United logic.

One Reason to use dimensional Depot with Stators is to open hard-drive sites. You won't need many though so could do this manually.
