Slowly catching up on the series! I've started having it on 2x speed in the background at work. I'm currently procrastinating updating my iron factory / making new factories for things like computers and motors, enjoying watching you play in your style and at your pace. And I love the way you're setting up your factories! Glad I found your channel, keep being awesome
Assembly code is A High Level Language as are all other compiled programming languages like C and its' variants. Higher up means easier to use so Basic would be above these being its' own compiler and below all of these would be Hexadecimal and Binary. Also consoles nowdays use practically identical hardware to modern PC's however they are much more brand/capability specifc so as to make all machines performance as near to identical as possible, so they are easier to write games for and easier to optimse for. They are, however still written on MAC and PC. Earlier consoles had their own firmware which the game creators could write specifically for yes. But they still did that on computers then burnt the code to a disc or chip. Just never forget that those early system were also MUCH, MUCH simpler and thus it was easier to become a master at writting code for them.
Absolutely love your insights and takes on programming and AI. Was listening to this more like a podcast than a satisfactory episode 😂
YEA!! I was scared a little since you haven't done a live in a while.
Glad you’re back! :)
Amazing factory, perfect for going back and do the design later!
That Liquid Biofuel Factory you mentioned, the one in the cave was masterful!!!
