Little side note here: BFN should have had crossplay, around when the game released, it was becoming the norm as Modern Warfare 2019 released around the same time as BFN and got crossplay, could've increased player lobbies.
Here are my ideas for GW3: everyone from bfn and torchwood + hovergoat are in the game. For the team vanquish maps, pop cap could do votes from the past 3 games for 2-3 maps to return each plus some new maps at launch. The gamemodes will be team vanquish + confirmed, suburbination, gnome bomb, ops, turf takeover, mixed mode, funderdome and some new ones. We also bring back the variants, the old and some new ones as well. This game will also have 1 MASSIVE PvE region with all sorts of areas for the plants and zombies to complete quests, this will also have the option to be online. Crossplay will also feature, and the backyard will return, with an option to be online like BFN’s giddy park.
If there was ever a GW3, I'd love to see totally new gamemodes in the public rotation: - I remember a video from before GW2 released that proposed the idea of a "Zombot Assault" gamemode, similar to Star Wars Battlefront's Walker Assault - with Zombopolis and Z-Tech Factory having implemented the Zombots, I think this concept is more feasible than ever. - A gamemode either about battleships or aircraft would also be a fun addition - imagine flying a squadron of Butterhawks, or bombing those Zombie aircraft from GW2 - hell, imagine shooting them down with massive deck cannons. - For Private Play, a more thorough bot chooser would be nice, where instead of just picking classes to fight, you can choose every slot separately for specific variants and that. Something I missed in BFN was being able to infiltrate the enemy base in the Backyard Battleground to summon bosses - reimplimenting that, perhaps with a larger amount of enemies to spawn, would be nice to see (Zen Zensei and Baron Von Bats never got to appear in the BB!) In GW2, you could unlock little decorations for the Backyard bases as well. I'd be interested to see this extend to more unlockable defences (aside from potted plants): you could unlock and install Cob Cannons from Main Street, or Wall-Nut cannons from Wall-Nut hills (with a possible Explodo-nut variant!) or Spikerocks outside the gates. The Catapult plants would make great Potted Plants, and the GW1 ones not in GW2, such as Fire and Snow Pea, should also be reimplimented. Hell, they have the model for a Bungee Zombie, that could be a spawnable or ability summon!
My idea for a game mode in the town hall is called bomb tag it's where one person on plants and one person on zombies has a gnome bomb and they have to give it to a player on the opposite team or they die and can only spectate unless a sun and death happens where everyone is revived and if somone on a team dies the opposite team wins
I would love to see one more thing. All the maps from all 3 games, all of them in one game. Resently I got back to pvz1 just to see the sunflower sea lantern again, with those unique canons.
Since BFN has one more playable zombie than the plants, imagine cabbage pult. The abilities could be placing iceberg lettuce, a reference to the plant food ability that attacks all zombies in a selected area, and picking up teammates and tossing them to the high ground. For the normal attack, he’ll just hurl a cabbage forward, but if he aims he can shoot over buildings. To balance: make it take a while to reload and let the aiming allow the player to be distracted due to the distanced camera.
I like most of these, but the only two I disagree with are the crossplay points (with an asterisk), and the event game mode stuff. For the Crossplay, I believe that it should stay segregated, or at least keep PC excluded. In general, keyboards tend to provide a larger advantage to their users than that of a controller, so it would be the whole XIM controversy but on a much larger scale. As for the special events, for convenience I can understand them being constant weekly game modes, but from a world building standpoint, having it be open every once in a while adds a feeling of exclusivity to what your playing, even if it eventually downgraded to Rando’s Rapid Revenge and Get-Off-My-Lawnathon. I’d suggest still having periods of downtime between events, while not as large as a full Monty, but enough to give breathing room. It also helps the player counts of the other game modes, because the more options you have, the more the playerbase is thinned out. Overall, some great QOL changes!
I think the cross-play issues could be countered by having dedicated servers for the consoles and cross-play servers. For example: There can be servers where only Xbox players can play with other Xbox players, but there's also some crossplay servers they can join to play with PC and Playstation players. Another way this can be countered is by having cross-play exclusively to private play and PvE game modes like Ops, Quests, and Boss Hunts. That way the advantages of a keyboard and mouse aren't against controller players.
@@Samuel152 Then it just plays into the problem of splitting up the player numbers, averaging out into overall fewer people in both servers. The PvE idea works the best, though.
Another way to balance out crossplay between console and pc is by restricting it through input based matchmaking, basically if your playing with a controller your put into lobbies with other controller players (regardless of pc or not), this also means that the console version of the game should have K+M support.
Bfn take : KEEP THE UPGRADES. They arent broken, give a reason to grind for good upgrades mutch like the Rose up from gw2, and are generaly New play styles for veriety, similar to New weapons Just me and my dads opinion
Well I have idea for the new game mod the new game mode is start with you the player have no ammo no shield just have health. All you need to do is go to the box then broke it then you get shot or heels or shields or speed or abilities. Abilities for chance is 5% and the heels is 25% and the shields is 10% and the speed 13% and you just have three lives to play the game mode if you win the game mode and your team you win nothing just coins just kidding you can take a 15 rainbow stars and oh yeah, I forgot for the ammo 26%
@@Soldier_comebackits ea and popcap, they are not developing a pvz shooting game right now, and they do not care at all about players suggestions (if they cared the mystery portal in pvz gw2 would be much better)

I just found this channel today.
I’m surprised I didn’t stumble across this channel sooner considering my recommended.

Yeah I agree with all of this, not having crossplay is my biggest gripe for gw2 lol

For cross play
They should have a few options for it like selecting which platforms you want to play with and ones you don’t
I could see the roster being the bfn roster with hover goat, torch wood, iceberg lettuce, and some new ones to(don’t know what it would be)
This was a well executed video I like the ideas.
2 videos within 3 days!? must be a dream
2:25 ya I remember graveyard ops in GW1
lol, I probably should’ve specified that graveyard ops isn’t in gw1
What if you glitched a zombie into the plant side?

Hold strong. I’m about to go to college for a degree in game development so i can revive the series
more character abilities were needed in GW2 especially for the pirate and rose since their abilities are mediocre at best
I might be being dumb but isn’t it technically possible to have people make their own GW3? It would take a lot of effort but could it be done?
They will get sued for sure by ea
Ton of people have been doing that, none of them get far at all.

fella BFN is GW3
A TH-camr named twilight chopper enthusiast has a bunch of ideas for plants versus zombies garden warfare three
he's actually one of the people who inspired me to make this video!

Please man I got terrified from that peanut with mouth lol😂, can you make it look like the peanut from pvz2?
lol, i'm thinking of slightly changing it sometime in the future but for now i'm keeping it like this
Rux is in bfn but he's the shop where you buy micro transactions and not the weekly coins shop like he is in gw2
"What if gw3 existed?"
All my issues would be gone
If it exists i can die happily
I want at least 1 new ability atleast 1 for each class and rework some the abilities so they could be more versatile for the player base to pick from.
Yea but back at cross play you get computer sweats and aimbots lol
I have idea for gw3 what if they add a build mode where u can build ur own maps and to play the maps it’s called build mode that be cool in gw3
is this the holy grail?
Garden warfare 2 Remake👌🧐🍷
I think i know why they wont make gw3, because they dont like money
For the classes they should have nightcap,snapdragon,acorn,80s action hero and wizard. All of the other bfn classes aren’t all that good.
SKIMIFF figured out how to upload‼️🐦🔥🐦🔥
if it existed i would of been happy
You know for a fact if EA were to make it it would have Apex Legends level micro transactions
add back gw1 upgrades
HOLYGRAIL?????????

Why bro looks like holygrail brother 💀
just looked up who that it is, now it makes sense why people have been commenting that
You should send this to pop cap and ea
they probably wouldn’t respond tho :/

if you're talking about battle for neighborville then I guess you're right. But in this video I’m talking about a completely different game from that.

WHERE IS TACO BANDITASSS!?!?!
I think it was replaced by Capture The Taco.
To be honest I didn't really have that gamemode in mind while making this video. But I feel like capture the taco is close enough though
I do rather taco bandits though
It won’t exist
Not in a million years
true :(
