Yes, but I’ve read it is something like 0.3 times bodyweight. So fat can still be as low as 60g for a 200lb person and you’ll still be ok. Not that it is bad to do more than that, just that carbs are a bit more anabolic if you’re really optimizing.

I go to bed around 8-9 PM and wake up between 4-6 AM, and I supplement with a few different things, but if I was on steroids Instead of gaining like 3-5 pounds a month, I would have been gaining like 10 pounds per week if I was on steroids. It is not that hard at all. Hell on just DECA ALONE you can gain over 10 pounds per month. On a full cycle you'd be crazy jacked in no time at all.
If you have like 120 dollars to spend a month and wanted to try a natural body building stack you should try some creatine, ashwagandha, turkesterone, fadogia agrestis, tongkat ali, beta ecdysterone, and before bed a ZMA supplement. You could also take a multi vitamin, vitamin d3/k2, krill oil and I'd also recommend a probiotic in the morning 30 minutes before you eat for gut health.
Guys, just exercise hard but safely and be consistent. Eat well and take time to rest. You don’t need drugs. You won’t be as big as bodybuilders, but you’ll still look good. This isn’t complicated.

They didn't have to track calories because Steroids let you eat in a bulk since your body demands more calories to build and keep all that tissue. If you wat 6k calories while 100% natty and lifting you're still gonna get fat. Doesn't matter how clean you eat if you eat 500 calories above your maintenance every single day whether it's icecream or spinach you will gain 1 lb a fat per week.

There’s no question he took steroids. He’s admitted to it. That said, he had an incredible body where mass wasn’t everything. I love the smaller waist lines, the less defined abs that didn’t bulge out like those you see in today’s bodybuilding.

Im sorry to inform you that when you take steroids, the main muscle growth factor become steroids, following genetics, following nutrition, and then last but not least exercise. You could take steroids, not exercise, and still have a massive body. Obviously arnold exercised like the legend he is, and he deserve every inch of the success he got. But all that could not have been achieved without steroids, and you dont have to cry about it, its just facts.

I think eating good and healthy food is top tier rather than tracking and counting calories and macros of every single food item! it just feels like you are a slave and cannot eat more than you require, ofcourse it should not be beyond the limits but still eating good foods freely is the key.
