People are constantly facing all kinds of complex problems. After Listening to Dr Carol, it seems that reading this book can lead to a definite conclusion about life
Hi Brody, thanks for your comment. I think knowing that we can choose a more helpful mindset gives us a choice, an option, where there didn't seem to be one before. And that could really help. Best wishes, Paul
I will have to checkout that book. I am so glad you have chosen to share a book that has you live your life as a thriver. I also believe we have a choice on our mindset.
Fantastic Kevin. We have more choice in life than we realise! One of the mantras I live by is 'we always have a choice'. Because even when we think we don't, we can choose how to respond, how to think, how to feel, how to be, even when dealing with the most difficult situations and doing things we'd rather not be doing. That's how we grow and become bigger and better people, by finding a way to feel better about doing the difficult stuff. Best wishes, Paul
I have heard a review about 'Mindset' from my best friend. I just amazed that all he told in this book like similar to me and then I took the book. Now I can set my mind easily in any moment.
Thank you very much for making such a wonderful review. This is a life-changing book. I am very much thankful to you. Carry on . Keep making such reviews.
Hi Kar Mel. Life certainly has its challenges. And we don't always get what we want. The art of life is dealing with all that with a sense of meaning and purpose, and finding peace and happiness in whatever we're doing, even when things are a little tougher. I think the mindset point is about how we view it; if I believe myself to be a 'loser' in life, I will behave like one. If I believe myself to a 'winner' in life, there will be times when I feel hugely disappointed! If I believe life to be about rising to meet whatever challenges me, rather than 'winning' or 'losing', I am probably better prepared to deal with it. Thanks for your comment! Paul
