Tim thanks for taking the time to make this video, super clear instructions, subscribed. Quality over quantity wins every time. I'm off to find some tyres!
Great - glad you found the video useful! Yes 5-10 mins without rest. Not a problem if you need a breather of course but ideally work at a pace you can do non-stop. Hope that helps :)
Those are great. Definitely with push. For pull you could use a thick resistance band around the vertical bars and around your pelvis/lower back region. Hope that makes sense?
Very insightful David 😅. Well this was in a compound with cleaners and your right the guy at 1:15 certainly wasn’t happy. (I usually trained in the basement downstairs but a one-off for a TH-cam video had to be done).
Hey Bruce, it was a speed/sprint training belt with the bungee elastics. It was what I had at the time. I would recommend a simple dip belt - that would do the job nicely (but not necessary if you’ve got a TRX or some handles already as you can work both upper body and lower at the same time). Hope that helps Bruce.
1 is my favorite. Got patellar tendonitis and regular backwards dragging feels good. Knees over toes guy knows his stuff. I appreciate the words of wisdom, most people don't realize how miserable life can be once you lose ability.
Epic! This is Ben (KOT Guy). I’m just scrolling YT from my wife’s phone. This is awesome!
Ah that’s amazing - really appreciate the comment! Glad you approve / enjoyed the vid! :)

Haha yes my guy! You’ll be doing most garages a favour by taking a couple of old tires off them! Enjoy 👊🏼

Love this esp exercise #2. each exercise 5-10 min do you mean without rest?

My local gym has sleds with the vertical bars to push/pull on. Can I get same effect pulling without strap?

where to buy a sled?
You can just search “Prowler Sled” on Google/Amazon and you’ll see loads of different options that suit you’re criteria
I'm amazed your neighbors don't mind you leaving tire skid marks all over the pavement.

Where did you get your harness set up?
Just from a local sports shop
I'm just curious if it leaves marks on a garage floor or sidewalk?? Especially if you do it on the same place often... I wonder how it would look
What surface is the garage floor / sidewalk?
Guess there’s only one true way to find out!
When doing the backward walk what is the belt that you are using in that excesise? Thanks in advance for your help wi this question. Stay well, Bruce

Minute 1:15 😂😂😂
haha I made some new friends in the compound that morning 😬
@@TimLowPT everyone with their advice 😂😂
Anyone who does this Every day?
Not me :)
I loved the substitute but I don’t think the maintenance man shares my opinion. 🤓
Suspect you might be right there 😅
I just made a tyre sled.
So cheap!
Amazing! Have fun with it 💪🏼
Save janis . Dunk karen.
