Damn. Crazy how fast this vid was yet easy to follow, most videos are hard to understand and I find myself rewinding and thinking WHAT DID HE SAY lol. Should have my flash drive and adapter in a few days. After that my next step will be to upgrade the hard drive

If you want the tried and true: Western Digital Blue. I personally have a Seagate Barracuda in mine. Just remember: speed isn't a concern, as you'll be running at IDE speed regardless, just buy the storage that meets your needs 😎👍 as for lockable/unlockable, I can't speak on that, I just know every drive I've ever thrown in has worked lol
Ok so question I got all setup I now need to register my Xbox as Mr Mario video I did that but I need go back to ms dashboard how do u do this on this mod so I can get into Xbox live setting to enter my special insignia code and billing info
You should be able to go to the file explorer and find the Xbox dash .xbe on the c:\ drive, I showed off how to do this in one of my follow-up videos about installing Cerbios on a softmod. I hope it works for you, see you on insignia! 😁👍
Sure! Just make the USB memory card, then use something like the Action Replay software on PC to add a completed save. Probably is a better way to do it, but that's how I would have back in the day lol

You still have to do the insignia setup, though the process will be a little bit easier because you already have the mod. Unfortunately, I haven't made a video on the setup yet, but I'll see if I can make one in the future! And yeah, back up to work great 😎👍
If anything, it's well worth modding so you can replace the hard drive with a brand new one. Unfortunately, these drives are really getting up there in age, so if you're able to clone the hard drive and put your old one somewhere safe then you'll have the system for many more years to come! Be sure to remove the clock capacitor either way, you DEFINITELY do not want acid eating the board away! I also have a Halo edition console, so believe me I understand the struggle, but I want to see your box live so definitely consider it 🙏 I have videos covering of variety of original Xbox topics, check them out if you want some more insight in what you can do! @@doitallYT thank you so much! I think the next system I'll do is my DSi! I recently did my Wii and got to experience Wii Sports again since I somehow don't own the disc anymore. We gotta catch up sometime and play some halflife!
Absolutely dude! DEFINITELY mod the DSi, the features you gain from modding that system are insane! And you know it! I'm currently trying to troubleshoot my OBS setup, tried to record a half life mods episode for the first time releases and the footage was completely trash. Hopefully I can get that moving soon so we can bring back some old school doitall content haha. Sven Coop beckons 💪😲💪

After I move the endgame folder to flash drive into Xbox and open through memory the screen just goes black

Can you mod saves?? I don’t want to mod the full Xbox. “Need for speed” I want everything on
