We will go through how to apply proper color on each pieces. A leaf like shape is created and repeatedly rotated in an angle. Each having four different colors. Thats not a professional logo. If the logo depends upon colors to look the way its intended to. Then its not a professional logo.

i am pretty savvy with this kind of stuff but I seriously had trouble following.. first off, I could not set the color of the the eclipse shapes that were grey with a gradient. Instructions were not very clear. ugh:(

When I get to min 4:00 it gets confusing for me, when deleting the surfaces makes a mess to my job and I gets annoying because I go back, try again and still goes bad. I don't know what surfaces I have to delete or what am I doing wrong. Please help man

How you put colors there
he creates small square shapes and choose the color of his choice and then puts them there before starting a tutorial. you can watch many tutorial videos where that happens, and how it happens...

When I subtract the smaller circle I lose my lines.
don't select the lines, when you are subtracting circle, their part comes later

stuck at 3.30, when i tried to make multilayer only the first portion is moving and i can't make duplicate leaf.
can anyone help me??
you just need to use the rotate tool, 1- place the rotate tool anchor point in the middle and 2- then select your shape and start rotating while holding down the alt key, 3- once thats done just hit Ctrl + D to make duplicates.

When you select the Shape-builder tool and then hold Alt Key, it delete things...

"ctrl + f" paste a copy of circle so you have to copy it first
