Maybe you could state what your problem is with the laser. It may help other people make an informed decision. Your statement on it's own isn't helpful. Our video isn't an advertisement for LaserPecker, it is a review of the machine we have, and ours works as you see it in the video. We haven't had any problems with our laser.
Ahhh right. Thank you for the reminder. We have been meaning to do a video showing how the trolley function works and had forgotten all about it. So we will definitely get a video up and see if we can get it working.
There's no need to be smart about it. Just go back to the company and get your money back if it isn't working for you. We will do our review and if it doesn't work we will say so.
