    Maybe, I haven't researched yet, in my humble opinion that ridiculous HOA fee should be if you want to be a Golf Club Member or not. Part of that fee should then include very good security like the ones I know where you have to be on the guest list for security to open the Steel Gated Entrance.

      This neighborhood is well secured with security and a gated entrance.

    Well, I just looked up the HOA fees for this particular house. It seems they’re paid quarterly. In the amount of. $3,936.00 / $ 15,744.00 per year. That’s not gonna happen for me. I can’t see throwing that much money down the drain.

    I was wondering if you could share some insights on the HOA,fees and some of the restrictions that they have. I see that we are on the golf course overviewing the 12 hole. A few quick questions come to mind number one do you actually have to join the club like you do with some of these neighborhoods? If you do, are you expected to patronize the restaurant or pay the restaurant a certain Feech month if you don’t go. Other than that the house looks really nice I mean, the master bedroom closet is a little small.

    For the price point, the master bathroom and closet seem underwhelming.
    Also noted that bedroom #3 (with the bunk beds) doesn't have an egress so it's not a legal bedroom. That could help a potential buyer negotiate on the price.

    Looking at the bunkbed area. Does that have a pocket door that pulls out from the door jam?

    OK, so I’m looking at the backyard and the description calls it a turfed backyard, so would this be Astroturf it does not need to be mowed. Because if it does, I’m definitely interested in that.

    I don’t see any thing special about this home just a lot of bedrooms,a lot of money with the price, h o a fees plus taxes.

    Hello Queen how are you, i enjoy this house im ready the pool and basement and home theater Ill pay that $mill ticket, like how the hard fenced off Georgia Always my Second home State, them bunk beds so different i will keep u in contact

      3.4 million dollar ticket plus 16,000 in HOA fees.
