I liked this house, but it is located next to a major highway! It has over 9,000 sq ft, but it has a lot of wasted space. For $3M I get a 3-car garage and a sloping backyard with no amenities (pool, patio, storage room, etc) Where is the sauna, exercise room, indoor gym, or pool? This house is worth $1.25M to $1.5M max! I think this house would sell faster if it was decorated and furnished. Otherwise it looks like any other house on that block (NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY)! Sorry!
Thanks so much for your feedback.😊 I do want to clarify, however, that it’s not next to a MAJOR highway. But that is a road next to the home. Which is why the builder has built that gorgeous fence around to home to give it an additional layer of privacy 😊
I agree with you. This home is beautiful, but you can get much better amenities for the same price or less. I would expect to see a pool at this price point and a finished basement. Maybe it's in a nice neighborhood or town.
Thanks so much. 😊 We’re happy you’re enjoying the tours. The house is being sold with an unfinished basement, so it has been completed from the builders stand point. Many homes in Georgia come with an unfinished basement. On the contrary, there are many people who appreciate the ability to put their own touches in the home by finishing the basement themselves. That being said, this is more of a buyer’s preference. So we wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to showcase a home that is complete to sell. Because we know that buyer’s preferences vary, we try to provide you with a variety of types of homes. We have quite a few homes on our channel with finished basements. You should check them out 😊
Thankyou for explaining it to me. I didnt know this was a preference for buyers in georgia. I tour alot of homes oline and i guess each part of the country is different. 🙏🏾@@RealPropertyTours4K
I know every market is different. At this price point, I would at least expect a finished basement. House overall is gorgeous. I wonder why Georgia homes want California prices. Lol
@@RealPropertyTours4K i would rather basement unfinished that way i can make it what i want it to be. When a person buys house at this price at times one might need to be prepared to invest.
These Atlanta mansions just dont be giving what they suppose to give! ALL mansions should have a least 2 living spaces.. 1. formal living and a 2.family room/great room. And, what is the deal with those porcelain floors.. They date the house. They shoulda just carried the same engineered oak flooring through out. The only plus are the generous size bedroom and finished closets.
I absolutely love that the builder gave all the rooms beautiful closets most don't do that
Definitely a nice touch isn’t it! 😍😍
the closet and generous sized bedrooms are they only thing the builder did right.
Where is the pool? A house at this price point should have a pool and the basement should be finished.
Thanks for the feedback! Adding a pool and finished basement would certainly increase the price point, based on the current market rates.
I agree.. they provide the most basic, but still charges a premium.
That house is going to be a tough one to out do! I mean, ..... that house is a piece of heaven on earth, sheesh. Excellent video.
Isn’t it 😍😍. Thanks so much!!!
Wow, this is a beautiful home.
We agree!

Gorgeous home
It really is!
This is a wonderful house. 👍💪👌
It sure is!
I appreciate the way you guys tour the homes but why are the basements never finished on these homes? Why show the house if they arent completed?

This home us beautiful. I love the designs. However, why did they install that ugly wood wall paneling in the rooms? Yuck
It truly is a beautiful home! Everyone has their on taste and style when it comes to finishes.
3 mil and no pool nor finish basement 👎🏾
