i dont get why there is a full bath outside? if it was a half bath would make more sense. if you and your guest on chilling on the porch and need to use the bathroom the inside of going bath into the house you just go over do . the shower should be removed and shelving be place there
The backyard has enough room for a pool. The full bath is there for your pool guests. That way you can clean yourself right after getting out of the pool and not have to track it all back into the home.
The lighting fixtures were exquisite in this home. I love the main level, and the choice of wood color...

Lovely home. Just never understand why the garages in these homes are so shallow and tight. Full sized SUV'S almost never fit.
