I got a 95 4x4 4 door sport w/ 66k miles. Can’t wait to put this upgrade on! Although its from amazon, that doesn’t seem too bad for a billet fuel rail $$$

Finally, a billet fuel rail install that is thorough! I got refurbished injectors and took a look at my stock fuel rail and decided to go this exact route.

Thanx Dan! I'm waiting for a set of injectors to replace the ones on my 01 WJ and I love that red rail you just installed. And now I have to wait some more for the red rail (LOL) I'm gonna order it now.

Great job and great video. Clear and no nonsense. One thing id suggest though, when it comes to steel and aluminium , id always hand start the bolts etc before power tools, when refitting.

I did this on my WJ about 7 years ago at about 200,000 miles. I'm seeing varying experiences in the comments. From my experience, my MPG went up, 24-25 highway in favorable conditions, and as high as 27 in perfect conditions. My mileage is at 319xxx now and I've had no issues.

New Bosch 4 hole injectors would be great. I'll keep these until there's a problem
I want it to see how the new plug connects to fuel line and rail, but you use the old one ,damn!

Yooo Dan H with another banger here. Great video, thanks. How confident are you with these particular injectors you used? Ive read quite a few negative reviews on similar knockoff injectors.. not looking for any gains/benefit but looking to not have any issues either. Im definitely sold on the rail; just trying to decide between keeping stock 1 holes with new o rings, or new knockoffs
Brand new Bosch 4 hole injectors would be great. I'm ok with the "knockoffs" they're affordable enough to change out if they go bad

fuel rail, injectors and i cleaned the throttle body vert well. now I have excellent throttle response. very snappy and quick

XJs have CCV is crank case ventilation. Front one is a breather to the Air box, the other is a smaller metered orifice to the intake manifold. CCV is almost and open breathing system.. PCV is positive crank case ventilation and has a one way PCV valve for pressure to escape from.

I've replaced spark plugs coil real and the injectors. I still have a miss fire in cylinder 2 . On my Jeep 2001 4.0 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. What's going on

How's the fuel mileage after the upgrade?
Injector upgrades and fuel rail really don't do much in terms of efficiency.
Fuel rail would be a good option if you want to include a pressure gauge and run it as a return-style system. This would help to mitigate/eliminate the regular issues 4.0's have with heat-soak, a la the same-side intake + exhaust.
There may be some more responsiveness as 4 or 12-hole injectors are meant to help more evenly atomize the fuel within the cylinder, creating a fuller and better burn.
You won't see or feel much of a difference unless your injectors were already bad before replacing, but it is a good supporting mod if you move to bigger injectors or start going for more power elsewhere. On it's own, without mapping/tuning, it's basically nothing.

Yes, the stroker is externally the same. Everything bolts in the same spot.

@@ProjectDanH The injector holes are a spaced a little different, and the fuel pressure regulator is different , at least on the one I bought for a 92 was like that
I've got K suspension 4 hole injectors. Jeep is running fine, no power gain but terrible fuel mileage. I'll sell them and I'll go back to the single hole injectors. Was not worth $150
you may have gotten higher PSI injectors. Don't give up on 4 hole, maybe just try a different seller.
