I'll believe it ,when I see it.
So who are actually available for the Reds Sox to actually to get? Blue Jays, White Sox, Angels, and Athletics in the Al and Nationals, Marlins and Rockies are probably sellers. Is there anyone on these teams the Red Soxs need and can get without selling the Farm System out?
The Angels closer Carlos Estévez and Toronto's Yusei Kikuchi for starter. The Toronto may be a no no for Toronto but...
And Rangers and Tigers
Ownership has the resources to be buyers????? They have bought 157 sports teams around the world, geee you think these stiffs could go out and get some pitching ?
This guy is a liar. They're not going to add anything.
Actually they aren't telling you something important. They need to trade some minor leaguers. They have 60 players that will be eligible for rule 5 draft in December. Too many that will be taken to put on the 40 man by then. It's either now or at the December meetings and by the time Hot Stove trades come up every other ball club will squeeze them in that situation. Jordan, Yorke, Lugo at the top but also Angel Bastardo

How many can they keep that won't get drafted?
Ryan Fernandez we lost to Saint Louis last year. How would this look in the bullpen today. 2.14era 42.0 in 42 k 1.17 wip ?
@@stephencorsaro954 You make a good point. Adding players isn't that difficult or unusual. Even Bloom did some of it. Some "fans" are just going to cry that they are being lied to and ripped off no matter what happens. The Sox haven't changed their stance on this for years, they always say the same thing. Well Bloom had a little different idea on how to handle it, but they'll decide which direction to go once the deadline is here. Most teams do the exact same thing. As long as they don't fall apart the next 2 weeks, they should make some additions. Who knows what will be available. Most likely there will be complaints even if they do add because the names won't be big enough to be considered major for some people.
Sox will not be buyers
