Again thanks to you 😊 I've New two kalchatti and now many more items from Imam store. Have started using them too. Initially it takes time but it's really exciting. Just one suggestion Aunty - though there is one TH-cam video on how to season various types of utensils, it's good but it's too long. Whenever possible if you could make seperate video on how to season Iron, Cast iron, clay pots and pans etc. it will be very helpful for us ❤❤❤

Yes you can but fermentation in muddpot is best because of its porosity
