40 laps of Le Mans Penrite

The kart was the only one fitted with an old circular steering wheel which is smaller and gives less leverage. For a shorter session that would've been alright but it was a challenge to keep going in the last few laps because it was harder to turn. The steering alone wasn't a massive problem but what really took it out of me was the bouncing which meant I had to hold myself on a wheel which I was trying twice as hard as usual to turn. Having said all that, I had the 4th best time of the session, under a tenth off the 2nd best. My consistency was like nothing I've ever done before having 2 consecutive laps within a tenth of each other 8 times in the session with 3 of those being under 0.01 of a second and the best being apart by 0.004

On my Wednesday session which had 40 laps as well I got my pb but it was good to get a bunch of laps in.
