Yes bhai easily mine is 163cm matlab 5'3" Or kuch cm and I ride comfortably bas kuch adjustments karni as per ur choice of bike like shoes, seat modification, rear leg guard
Just today i tested Hunter, Classic 350 and Bullet Std 350 together. My height is 5.3 so was doubtful whether i could manage heavier Classic and Bullet models. However made up courage and tested those two also. To my pleasent surprise i found classic as well as Std bullet easier to ride and comfortable than Hunter 350. I didn't face any problem in traffic or start stop traffic at signals. I was wearing Sketchers outdoor shoes. Now im confused, i went with my mind made up to book Hunter but now I'm impressed with classic and Std bullet too😅.

Haan bhai I wear these woodland shoes only on long rides daily mein to I wear flat loafers and flat sports shoes is seat se handling mein koi dikkat nahi aati na traffic mein na daily mein bas center of mass left side rakho or jitna jyada chalaoge utna jyada better handle kar paoge, and yes for daily commute also it's a good bike mein office daily isi pe jaata hu

Bhai yes u can buy easily , but u have to buy a 2 or 2.5 heel shoes easily available with woodland, plus it's a bit lighter in weight so it will be easy to handle
कम हाईट वाले ईतना हेवी गाडी ज्यादा हाईट वाली गाडी चलाके या खरीदकर क्या ऊखाडते है पैसा है ईसका मतलब यह कतई नही की कुछ भी पागलो जैसा काम करो जो गाडी आसानी से कौनसे भी रास्ते पर चला सकते हो घर की मा बहीण दादी या ऐसेही बुजुर्ग लोग को ईधर ऊधर घुमा सकते हो अस्पताल मे लेकर जा सकते हो मतलब कौनसे भी रास्ते पर चला सकते हो वही गाडी लेना चाहिए
Bhai mere paas bhi 36 ki umar mein aai thi par mein videos or bullet 18 saal ki umar se dekh raha tha, mann sabka hota hai, par ham ladko pe jo pressure hota ham apne mann ki kar he kaha paate hai

Wah standard is a good choice, bhagwaan ne chaha to zaroor poori hogi wish, ek bhai ka or comment aaya tha usko bhi leni hai bullet but for some reason he is not able to.. Mein wada to nahi karta but agar sab sahi raha to 10k follower hone pe mein apne subscribers mein se kisi ek true bullet fan ko bullet dilaunga

i think, your both the tyres does not have enough air. inflate it and then test it again.
Nahi bhai, tyres are well inflated front -32 , rear -36 , and have tested these things on all big rides

But I would suggest buy shoes first and go for a trial at showroom, better to invest few thousand before investing 2 lakhs approx
