how you can write on bench with kess v2 .. i get id no problem but cant write on bench .... if i write on the car all ok.... but kess edc17 on bench always fail .. do i need ressistor? what am i missing .

@@artek272010 jezeli nie jestes pewien to proponowal bym zrobic pelna kopie na stole . W razie problemu nie zostaniesz z reka w nocniku tylko przywracasz wszystko na stole i po klopocie

What is the harness for? If you need ktag to read, that harness is used for other ECUs or only EDC17C64?

For remapping you need to use a special software (Winols, ECM Titanium, etc...), Kess v2 is for reading and writing

the plug is made by me from the original plug. kess is connected by the obd connector

Mozna ale nie sterowniki z rodziny edc17. Niestety tutaj potrzeba wyjac oraz otworzyc sterownik do odczytu.

Some ecu can only be done direct chip with ktag. Many cab be read and written to in boot mode with kess v2

kess is only for ecu programming. Other software is used to edit the program.

You know you could just do it in OBD, just get a tuner to find ORI file via ID...
Exactly. Need to find VR ori file, do the remap, and write with kess clone. Did on edc17c64 all worked.
