I don't wear much makeup. But when I do, just pressed powder, lipstick and blush. But I do generally buy either Covergirl or Revlon, and at Walmart. You did get some good deals, though. I, also, went and looked at the shorts. Too fun! Since our kids are far away, it's usually just my husband and I. When my folks were both alive, they lived in a retirement community, that had its own fireworks display. So we'd take our kids over there. Since my mom didn't cook a lot by then she'd get carryout fried chicken and the fixings. Later after my dad had been gone for several years. My mom lived in an apartment, in the same community, and we started getting the food and bringing it to her place. Eventually, under new management, they stopped having the fireworks, but we continued the chicken tradition. My mom passed in 2013, but my husband and I always get fried chicken somewhere, either eat it there, or bring it home. Always makes me think of my mom, and I hope she knows we've carried on our tradition. This year I discovered we had some sparklers left over from last year, when my daughter came home for the 4th. So after we got back from a display we went to, I went out and did some sparklers. My husband doesn't really like fireworks, except watching them in big displays, but I had fun out there, anyway!! 😊🎉

If you’re going to buy products at CVS, I recommend making a new account and email. They’ve been sending me $4-5 off any purchase of any amount and they do it once a week or so. So usually towards the end of the week I get to go pick out a free item like a coffee, bottle of detergent, or a cleaning product.
Walgreens is very expensive. Coffee was way too expensive. I about died how much more expensive coffee was than other stores. I used to like Walgreens ok in the older days but not now.

I usually just use the concealer with the stick (which I cant find anymore) but I use the Creamy Natural color. I've always used the Pressed Powder in the Brown Compact with the mirror in Creamy Natural. I also can't wear makeup with sunscreen cause it burns my eyes also. Like you.😊 Last time I couldnt find the Cover Girl Concealer with the stick but I did find some Cover Girl Concealer in a small tube that is a cream and its Creamy Natural. Cost about $7.95. I always wear Very Black Mascara mostly Maybeline brand in waterproof because the regular smudges so bad in the heat here in Texas. In the past whenever the store was out of Cover Girl Concealer Creamy Natural I would buy Maybeline Brand Coverstick in the color Fair. (Ivory is just too light.) Maybelline Fair matches the Cover Girl Creamy Natural almost perfectly. All my life I've always gotten comments on my makeup and asked what kind I use? Its funny how much money I saved and still do today by buying drug store makeup when its just as good or better as the high dollar name brands at the mall. 😂 Makeup is so expensive! 😊❤

I haven't had a subscription to a newspaper in several years, but back when I did you could usually get some pretty good coupons in the Sunday paper. It seems like the coupons these days are nowhere near as good as they used to be, nor do you find one's for items you actually use. I would always wear a tinted moisturiser. Now that I am in my 50’s I wear a foundation. The one I buy is called Phoera. Not sure if you have it over in the USA however it’s wonderful xo

I prefer just wearing lipstick or color tinted lipglosses mascara and nail polish on my toes only. It's brutal hot here95! So humid. Last night big black bear 🐻🐻🐻 came right up on my deck ..I nearly fainted. I took lot pics of him in grass. I tried everything today to get rid of this bear! Any subscribers have any experience with bears please give me some advice on what they don't like. I googled it bought air horn to scare him. Pine sol.. ammonia..there very scary. But cute lol
The bear is probably looking for a nice pool to lounge around in. I've heard of bear spray in a can used mostly for hikers if they're attacked. But maybe you can get some and spray all around your deck and doors and windows and the smell will deter him and make him go away. Worth a try. I'm in Texas and having a problem with keeping snakes out of the inside of my house. Rattlesnakes and Copperheads. 2 have gotten inside and I was lucky to get them out.
