Hey bro, one question, did you improve your pull ups and Touch using negatives or did you use another method? Because I'm currently trying to improve my touch on the front lever, and trying to unlock the front lever pull up.
You dont look even fat on bulk 😅 i gained from 75 to 84 and hardest part for me was get use to being much heavier also adding weights on rings but gains are awesome

Advanced tuck pull ups, one legged pull ups, attempts,... The fastest way to FL pull ups is to do it :)

bruh there is no bulk or cut in Calisthenics this is not bodybuilding

But more muscle can produce more force ,so wouldn't muscle be benifiting than?Even andrea larosa builds mucle for this reason.
As long as you feel good, lighter body = easier planche. Of course muscle has less impact than fat because you can use it to your advantage a bit 🙂
