Why not, I like to listen tango singers. Some tango singers have also made big careers in traditional Christmas music, like Arja Koriseva for example, and traditional Christmas music is a big part of Tarja's singing career. And in Tarja's "homelands" Argentina and Finland tango is very popular.
But I doubt she would have time to take yet another genre - which also takes practice and experience.
