I was raised in NZ on Bach and Tarja made me love metal (never saw THAT coming) with 'She Is My Sin' being the soundtrack to a 2002/3 Counterstrike gaming championship video that a few of us who gamed at work were watching. 3-4 of us walked down to Real Groovy and bought her CDs, I ended up with five in a few weeks. Two hard core metal fans, and me, a classical guy, all bought the same music, how rare is that? Tarja is still my all time favourite performer 🤗

Needless to say, the music amazing. BUT to me, why it is really standing out is the hidden message behind the obvious - when you die, people will talk about you, buy your albums, rediscover you in most cases for a certain amount of time. The true hidden message to me is that it is not easy to face mortality, that you will die, to follow your own path in life despite you know they will judge you anyway. Ultimately, it is better to leave the stage with grace while you can, then being a senile talentess old performer. Though this latter statement is not true to all performers!

genial, este video es el verdadero que habian estado trabajando el equipido de tarja para esta cancion. el otro video que salio primero fue un trabajo de urgencia que tuvieron que realizar debido a las presiones del sello de tarja: "universal records". para tener un videoclip promocional. debido a esto tuvieron que grabar rapidamente uno que fuese transitorio y estuviera terminado en los plazos estimados, mientras siguieron trabajando en la idea original que dio como resultado esta maravilla. :D
