How To Paint a Harley Davidson Gas Tank - Tri-coat Pearl

In this video I am spraying a Harley Davidson gas tank with a tri-coat pearl white. The tank came from Harley metal and unfinished. I have already applied epoxy primer, primer surfacer and blocked the tank a couple of time. The put it in the booth and cleaned it and applied primer sealer. In this video I will apply base coat, pearl coat, decals and clear coat.

Body filler on bare metal, epoxy primer 2 Coats, polyester primer 2 coats, 2K urethane primer 2 Coats, should I just block sand once im done applying all primers and be done with it??
Cause with all that build with poly & 2k it should be straight right?

2k primer surfacer is designed to be block sanding and that will help level the lows and highs. You will block sand taking more off the level surface and leaving more mils in the low areas which will level the surface.

Hey man I just had a guy paint my tank and he got paint inside the tank. Is that bad ? If so anything I can do to get it removed before I put my fuel pump back in and gas

You may want to rinse the tank with gas before using.
