Absolutely normal pace when marching on the colour / banner - at least for the guards. Look up the marching on / off of the colour at Wellington Barracks before and after a guard mount.

If I wanted to join the Army would be the French Foreign Legion , BANNANA Republic of uk is screwed.
Starmer has screwed over the winter fuel allowance , some of those pensioners are ww2 veterans .
