For cleaning spark plugs I have a spark plug sand blaster, it works really good and is a lot easier than wire brushing. 👍🏻

Hey Andrew, I’m in the market for an ultrasonic cleaner, how do you like yours and where did you purchase it?

Everything is mostly fuel problem these days unless you use ethanol free fuel.

What tools do you recommend for someone starting out in small engine repair? How do you advertise? How do you price a job? Also love the vids very helpful!

For tools I recommend mostly harbor freight. Except for Screwdrivers side cutters and pliers. I would go with Klien for those. You can get them at home depot. I started with just fixing things I got for free until I became confident in my abilities. I charged 20/hr for repairs and slowly worked my way up to 40/hr. For delivery/mobile service I charge 3$/mile in addition to regular rate.

It’s a 3 liter, I got it on Amazon. Not sure of brand, they probably all made in the same factory in China.

great video. how do you go upon getting customers?

I post on Facebook marketplace, Nextdoor.com and Craigslist. Eventually people get to know you and you get customers by word of mouth.
