- After spending a night in the Ochils, its now time to explore the towns and villages that make up this wonderful country.
Bridge of Allan is located next to the famous town of Stirling, so i head hear full of expectation, and I wasn't disappointed.

Great video. There are a fair few locals whose birth certificates will say Bridge of Allan due to the Airthrey Castle Maternity Hospital which is now part of Stirling Uni. It closed as a mat uni in 1969. Bridge of Allan is a gorgeous place. And yes, Stirling is now a city. Thanks for this.
Gorgeous views.
I have Bridge of Allan on my Birth Certificate and Passport due to the previously mentioned Airthrie Castle connection. I passed thru quite a few years back on a visit from Australia and bought a very expensive Barbour Jacket there as worn by the Royal Family. The town looks fantastic, I could quite happily live there, maybe I should!
Watching the Crook of Devon one again. Always watch it when I am pissed and want to laugh and be happy. Thanks bro
I loved the Crook of Devon video, gate crashing the Christian thing was hilarious! The downside of it was when they missed out the Devils Mill and the rumbling bridge! My friend Mike took me there years ago! Now my favourite “go to” place! RIP Mike! ❤️
WOW we are just back in Wales after a wee tour around Scotland and Bridge of Allan was one of the many places we visited! Would have loved to bump into you! 😂
Quite a few of my ancestors are from Dunblane and Bridge of Allan. They worked for Pullars dyeworks. Darn Road is lovely _local legend is that Robert Louis Stevenson used to play in a cave on Darn Rd when he had childhood holidays and was inspired to write Treasure Island so you're right, it has inspired ,literature
I suppose as long as interior is preserved and renovated sympathetically then a way of preserving the buildings. Unfortunately footfall in many churches not enough to continue as they are. Great vlog 😊
Hi , great to be first! Great stuff! Love the videos and the places you visit! Thank you!
Crackin vid mate, beautiful wee place eh, gulls been at the bins again by the looks of it lol. I went to Stirling couple weeks back with the drone but didnt get a huge amount of footage as it was super windy but yeah that entire area is just steeped in history.
The drone strafe at 17:47 is just exquisite with the Wallace monument in the distance. Oh, and by the way Stirling is a city 😉👍
