  • This video shows how two B.C. employers have incorporated process safety management into their operations to prevent catastrophic events and protect their workers, their assets, and their communities.
Watch what Domtar in Kamloops, B.C. and Cariboo Pulp & Paper in Quesnel, B.C. have done to implement their process safety plans and the benefits these process safety management systems have had on their workers and their communities.
In this video, you’ll see members of the Domtar and Cariboo Pulp & Paper teams share the steps that make their process safety management systems effective, including hazard analysis, engaging with workers, and regular system audits. This video also showcases how both employers have addressed a variety of hazards that their mill workers encounter regularly.

Pride & Fear are what cause accidents.
Some worker are to proud to take safety precautions serious.
Some workers to afraid to tell them not to do something.
The proud arrogant worker is killed or gets others killed by setting a bad example
Experience workers die often because they think the got it all figured out.
Watch workers who don't take criticism lightly. Tell them firmly not to do something. If they get angry or talk about you to others. Fire them because Life is more valuable then friendships
